very easy to get an accurate price for used cartridges, before sending off,
easy to send by post, very quick turn around, money in account within a couple of days of sending in,

Really easy identification of printer…
Really easy identification of printer cartridges. Easy to send - royal mail collected. I had a couple of years of cartridges (some different, some used, some unused). I had a few where I wasn't sure the packaging was good enough in the unused. I submitted £230 of cartridges and within a week had £210 in my account. I thought that was an excellent outcome.

Although a few cartridges were not…
Although a few cartridges were not compensated for due to being labeled as defective, they were functioning perfectly when I removed them from the printer, and I had no way to verify the claim. Nevertheless, I received prompt and hassle-free payment for the rest of the cartridges.

Not paid for some cartridges
Not paid for some cartridges, they were deemed to be faulty. They were working when removing from the printer and no way of knowing, only what they said.On the whole I got paid easily for the remaining cartridges with out any issues.
