The cheapest price I could find online, plus this company helps the environment with less packaging. Very happy with the inks and will definitely be purchasing again once I have run out.

Wrong item sent
On 5th June I ordered 2 genuine HP 81A cartridges for my Laserjet M604, they arrived very quickly, unboxed as expected.
However, when we came to use the first one on 12th June, we have been sent the wrong items and have received 2 x HP C281XC which are too big for my printer.
To date, I have emailed 3 times from my work email and telephoned several times, all have resulted in an answerphone requesting I leave a message. To date I have not received a reply to either email or answerphone message and am left with 2 ink cartridges that are of now use to me whatsoever.
Questionable company

Companies House show "Printer Supplies B2C Limited" as dissolved as of 19 July 2022. Printer Supplies B2C Limited has the same name and address as that shown for this company. Make your own conclusions on that one.
The order was for 2 HP LaserJet toner cartridges.

The company took my money but did not supply the item. They did not respond to my query. I asked my bank to raise a dispute. Still no product or refund.
HP301 ink cartridge
Ordered an HP301 ink cartridge on 5 June which was delivered on 10 June.
Printer identified cartridge as genuine but it contained no ink!
The outer box was sealed but looked battered and old.
Phone number goes to VoiceMail so have emailed my complaint. Would not use again!
Ordered an original HP toner on 17 May - where is it?
Ordered an original HP toner on 17 May, received email saying it had been dispatched on 20 May - said there was tracking but no link on the email.
Now on 6 June after sending emails and making many unanswered phone calls I’m no further forward. I have to think this is either a scam or a badly run company - either way I certainly wouldn’t recommend using them.

Placed my order on 22nd may and the inks arrived rhe next day. It looks like this company have had a few bad reviews, but my experince was overall positive. I would reccomend them.
Beware of out of date ink cartridges!
I ordered an ink cartridge for my Canon Pixma and it was delivered very quickly. However when I looked at the packaging it showed the expiry date was 15 months ago! I sent an email requesting an in-date replacement or a full refund but this was ignored. I sent it again and this time received a reply apologising and saying it was sent out in error and that they would send me a returns label to return it. This never arrived and the company has then ignored any further communication. I also asked why they wanted the out of date cartridge returned unless they were going to try to sell it again - no response. I have reported the company via the Citizens Advice Consumer Help Line who will be referring the company to Trading Standards. My advice is not to use them.
Complete rip off
hp Cartridge arrived with no packaging, will not work as printer identifies it as non original. Company won't respond to emails, text or phone call. Complete rip off company.
Shame I had to award a star rating to leave this review. None would have been selected if the option existed.
You ask what could the company do better?
The company could help by supplying the full order instead of only sending 2 of the 3 cartridges ordered and paid for. If things do go wrong, they could help by responding to telephone messages (left 2 so far) and/or replying to emails (in the plural). Not much point including a letter with the items that did arrive, saying 'please don't hesitate to contact me' (from James) with contact details that are routinely ignored.
Informing them my virus checker later came back with a message about an 'unmatching security certificate' clearly has not prompted them to contact me either.
Placed order a month ago
Placed order a month ago, cartridges not turned up. Ask for refund, nothing and can never get through on phone. I assume they have gone out of business.
Defective cartridge
It really saddens me to have to leave a negative review, but unfortunately I have had a terrible experience using this supplier.
The cartridge I received (after reading some reviews, at least I did receive something!) was not in a box and the tab was so loose, it was not protecting the cartridge at all.
As soon as I installed it, a flashing error message appeared on my printer, indicating the cartridge was defective.
I tried, on many occasions, to contact the company, both by email and telephone, but they did not respond at all.
Please do not waste your money and shop elsewhere.

The picture on the web site shows a cartridge with full packaging.
The item received had no outer box. The box would have show the 'Use By' date of the product.
I can only assume that the outer box had been discarded prior to shipping to conceal the fact that the Use By date has passed.
This violates the Sale of Goods Act which states (amongst other things) that the item must be as-described.
Edit: Increased my rating as the merchant did eventually issue a refund.
My feedback to the seller would be to highlight if the product is out of warranty (together with an explanation of why this may not be an issue). Having this at the start of the description rather than at the very end would avoid issues like this

HP cartridge arrived in a plastic bag with a note explaining why - damaged box.
After inserting the cartridge, message appeared stating that it had been used before. After a few hours it became faulty. Contacted by email as per the pithy note and have since been ignored.
A complete joke!

This company if they are real, should not be trading, took my money, sent non genuine cartridge which does not work.
I live close by and will be paying a visit to get my money back? No replies from this company
Printersupplies with no supplies
I ordered the HP cartridges and really did need them quickly. However, they never came. When I enquired I was told they'd been 'lost' by the courier and no more were available so I'd get a refund. Only after several emails did I actually receive a refund and it took about two weeks. Although PS were always polite and replied to my emails, I'd lost the opportunity I needed to cartridges for, so not a great experience unfortunately.
