Quick to Respond and Fix Mistake
Originally ordered item back in early August and it never arrived. Due to being out of town, did not realize this teil later. I messaged seller and they quickly called and apologized. They said it was a mix-up in their system and sent it really quickly. After the call, I received the item couple of days later. The entire time got all the tracking/shipping updates. I gave full stars because they didn't pass the blame, they didn't say it was too old of an order for them to do anything. No. They took ownership of their mistake and got me my item as quickly as they could all the while keeping me updated in the shipping process.

Unwanted substitution
Substituted a similar but different product from another manufacturer--how is that OK? Different smoothness, slightly different color, but I will make do. Had to nag them to send it in the first place after FedEx reported "awaiting package" for several days.
