Excellent service and value
I’ve used Printpond a few times for various projects and they have been brilliant. The website is easy to use and they turn the jobs around really quickly. The quality of the work is excellent and they are also great value even if you just have a small job.
I will definitely be using them again in the future!

I ordered a poster to be printed - never received it
I ordered a poster to be printed and delivered to Oriel Hall for the purpose of a conference. I paid for the swiftest and more expensive courier delivery option to ensure that it got delivered on time. The group I was presenting to was using the Oxford location but none of us belonged there but were told we could receive deliveries during our stay, which went from Sunday evening to Wednesday morning. My order was to have it delivered on Monday as it was slated to be posted and presented by Tuesday at 5pm - so I built in a little lag time in case of delays. However, I got a message on Monday saying that it would not be delivered until Wednesday. In fact, our group left Oriel Hall on Wednesday morning without receiving the poster and I did not receive any updates about where or when or to whom the poster was delivered. So not only did I miss my chance to present my poster at this important conference but I also wasted a good amount of money for the service. I don't know where my poster, which contains confidential research information, currently is. Very disappointing experience.
