Just bought a transit custom from Ryan and I got to say he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, great price great van and he had it delivered to me which was 200 miles away,nothing was a problem He kept in contact with me through the whole process. The driver turned up with my van and it was absolutely spotless and ran perfect as he said it was.Will definitely buy from them again.Cheers for a great job Ryan.

Where to start, got finance the same day and full approval docs signed, Ryan made it happen, lack of update about the car made me nervous so I became a pain. I’ve been done over a few times, my car was in prep that’s all I knew and a problem was found….. lee and the team have gone above and beyond to get me this car on the road, so although there’s been lots of negatives, positives are coming out now, hoping to receive the car in the very near future. My experience was fantastic was my second time purchasing a car after 10 years , I needed a family car being a mum I explained what I wanted I.e bigger boot space and enough room for car seats. I enquired about a car I liked which was in a different location. Ryan went out of his way to collect the car for me to view it the same day , Ryan also explained everything to me thoroughly and done another check before purchasing the car. The guys at priory approved really looked after me. I told them what I was after and how much I had to spend and they send me 3 or 4 options 1 of which I loved. They had it sent down from their northern showroom within 2 days and I drove it away!!!!

What an outstanding experience from Ryan & team. I brought my car online, turned up to collect and it looked even better! Missed calls were returned within minutes, all queries answered promptly, no hard sell on Finance, just trust, honesty, good value and nice people involved through the whole process.

Bought a E class coupe a week ago, Louis has better customer service skills than some of the posher dealers I’ve bought cars off of. It was a 3 hour journey to get down to pick the car up, over the phone I’ve been reassured the car would be immaculate and ready to be driven away and indeed was. Nothing seemed an issue when I inquired, everything was answered promptly, got collected from the train station on arrival and the experience overall was as if I went to Mercedes main dealer. Highly recommended for anyone looking to purchase from Priory motors.
