Steer clear of getting a loan through…

Steer clear of getting a loan through this bank.If you cannot pay it on time they just add on ridiculous interest costs on top of it.
They cowardly pass your information and that of your friends and family onto debt collectors in these circumstances to threaten and staunch over people to obtain the money one owes to the bank.
These thug debt collectors are cowards who will inevitably call your friends and family over the phone to recoup the Banks money.
They staunch over anyone with thuggery, constant harassing phone calls and threats.They pick and pray on the sick, the elderly, young women and men to obtain their money, they are like vultures picking at a dead carcass.
Total lack of empathy or professional behaviour.
They need to be investigated by local authorities.
Do better and consider the well being of your customers and dont employ debt collectors to do your dirty work.

On February 4

On February 4, 2026, an insured event occurred — my apartment was completely flooded due to the fault of third parties.

Water was literally pouring like a heavy stream from the 3rd to the 1st floor: through the ceiling, walls, electrical sockets, and even through the windows. The apartment was flooded almost 100%. As a result, a large number of personal belongings, furniture and interior finishes were damaged.

The apartment insurance was arranged through PrivatBank with the insurance company “Knyazha”.

After the incident, I provided all the required documents:
— an official report from the housing maintenance service confirming the flooding,
— photo and video evidence,
— documentation confirming the extent of the damage.

Despite this, the insurance company “Knyazha” refused to pay the insurance compensation.

I believe it is unacceptable that PrivatBank offers insurance products from companies that, in practice, do not fulfill their obligations and look for any reasons to avoid paying compensation for insured events.

As a result, clients faithfully pay for insurance, but when a real problem occurs, they are left alone with their losses.

My conclusion: my trust in insurance products offered through PrivatBank is zero.

I do not recommend arranging insurance through PrivatBank.

Since 2022, the quality of their customer service has significantly declined.

It seems that their specialists (regardless of which departments they represent) were hired from former Ukrainian fraud centers.
They can “trick” you in various ways, for example:
- attempts to force the use of the mobile app when the user performs certain actions in the web version of Privat24 and, ultimately, blocking the users so that they cannot perform certain financial transactions without any reason;
- recently, attempts by users to change their passwords in the web version of Privat24 will be blocked because... users do not have an active physical card (even if they have, for example, a digital card) - so they do NOT care about user security policies at all;
- a regular PrivatBank operations specialist may easily ignore you in the chat if you ask "an unpopular question", such as about closing a specific account at their bank;
- at the same time, their “specialist” from the credit lines department may call you and engage in a rude conversation, even if you are not interested in loans at all.
Based on the foregoing, any reasonable person should avoid their services or close all accounts if you were unlucky enough to open them in the past.

I’ve been using PrivatBank for over 10…

I’ve been using PrivatBank for over 10 years, and it’s been a fantastic experience! Their internet and mobile banking platform, Privat24, is incredibly user-friendly, with a clear interface that makes managing my finances a breeze. I love how easy it is to handle transactions, check balances, and access statements on the go. Plus, the abundance of PrivatBank terminals across the city makes cash withdrawals and payments super convenient. Convenience of PrivatBank's Electronic Documnet Management for Accounting

I use PrivatBank 24 for Business to handle my electronic accounting documents and reports, and it's super convenient and always getting better. I think having a solid reporting system is a must for anyone running a business, and I love that this platform is easy to use with a neat dashboard that makes it simple to find important financial info. It really saves me a lot of time, so I can focus on growing my business instead of getting bogged down in the details. All in all, it’s a great mix of convenience, efficiency, and security for entrepreneurs.

I've been using PrivatBank for some…

I've been using PrivatBank for some time, I liked everything about it: fast card-to-card transfers, convenient receipts and bank statements. I like the various offers and cashback. The only downside is the bank's commission, because there is a commission for almost everything.

I think this bank is not for foreigners

This bank, out of nowhere, placed limitations on all of my accounts and informed me that I needed to be physically present at a bank branch to submit a request for transferring my money to another bank within Ukraine. I had to travel all the way from Budapest to Lviv during a time of war and visit the branch more than 10 times. Each time, I was told a different issue with my application. The funny part is that they don't even attempt to call you if there are any errors or issues; instead, you always have to contact them first. I still haven't received my money, and I don't think I will ever get it. I regret traveling all the way because I have already spent more than the amount in the restricted bank account. If you are a foreigner, I strongly advise against using this bank. If you come across the name "PrivatBank," please run for your life. Anyway, I pray for Ukrainians in this difficult time and hope that peace will prevail once again.

Not credible

Not credible, blocking banks accounts of women refugees, when they are abroad without of money. The service center doesn't work together with the clients.

I travelled and they blocked my…

I travelled and they blocked my account, been trying to call or chat without luck for someone to reply, when they finally reply in 1 day out of 3 days attempt. I fill in my info, they reject it and say incorrect. I can swear the info was correct,and they refused saying what was wrong and end the chat. They have a number for abroad callers yet,no English speaker. They always say you will be contacted in 5minutes but you wait 1week and still nothing. Worst bank ever
