Pro Race Avis 

If you are thinking about buying from Pro Race, make absolutely sure you want the item, because once you place an order, their customer service and aftercare essentially do not exist.

I tried to cancel my order well before it shipped and was forced to deal with a complete breakdown in internal communication:

Emailed to cancel on July 29th and received no response for over a week.

Called to follow up and was explicitly promised the cancellation was handled and the restocking fee would be waived.

A week later, I received an automated email that the item was "preparing to ship." I called again and was promised management would stop the shipment.

Shortly after that call, the package was shipped anyway.

I eventually got my refund, but only after having to fight for it through yet another exhausting round of phone calls and emails after the item was already in transit. Their internal communication is a complete mess. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere that actually values customer support.

I found out quickly that the best way to contact was in person as messages don't appear to be passed on. After dealing directly with Shane everything went smoothly. They did an exhaust de-cat, engineered, and fitted a new rear system to my FTR whilst I waited in around 3 hours. The quality is excellent. I would drop a star for the contact problems, but the high quality of service and production in my mind made up for it. Thank you Shane & team.

Ive checked my emails this morning and realised I had ordered the wrong cat cover to suit my bike and slip on that I've ordered. Ive jumped straight into the chat on the website in an absolute panic and from my initial message to highlight my mistake, Pro-Race picking it up, getting into the workshop and amending my order and sorting the correct part, then replying back to me with reassurance, was a total of 4 minutes!

Unbelievable service, what a team!

Genuinely, Im not sure of anywhere else that have ever given me such a rapid turnaround to help out and sort something for me!

I very rarely give reviews but I said I will in this case
After ordering the exhaust i waited 2wk for it as it's mentioned its a 2wk wait,so i said i message pro race for any updates on delivery and got nothing then sent 2 more emails and eventually they replied back to apologise for the delay as it's there busy time of year which is understandable but I really hate chasing ppl for things that's why i gave 4stars, however After that things got moving quicker and i received my exhaust a few day's later, package was wrapped up very well and everything was perfect, the build quality was fantastic even better than i thought and the fitment was spot on couldn't be happier with it so on that note I would highly recommend Pro race.

I would like to update my previous review; I need to set the record straight, as the issue has indeed been resolved. That said, I want to apologize and clarify that they contacted me just today to explain what happened. Once again, I apologize and look forward to receiving the product.

From the worst customer service to the exceptional.
The customer service was lackadaisical at best until I spoke directly with the MD Shane Howell.
He immediately owned the issue, apologised unreservedly and rectified the problem.
I just wish I'd had the foresight to speak with him sooner.
If you experience any difficulties with your order don't allow yourself be fobbed off by the office staff, ( initials J and M) speak directly with Shane.
Now the exhausts have been delivered they look and sound like it was worth persevering.

Wanted 4 weeks for a slip on exhaust. Phoned numerous times and nooneknew what was happening with my exhaust. Very poor customer service and very poor communication. Stay clear of this company

My carbon can had gone a bit loose so they re sleeved it with a new can with new clamp and repacked it all free of charge! All done and returned in 2 days! 🙂

Phoned them up about some work to stainless exhaust
they said they could do and to email them as well. Emailed them the same day .They did not bother to reply so had to go elsewhere . I wish they told me they were not intertested when i phoned in the first place

Prodotto bellissimo e super rifinito, spedizione veloce, sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. L'unico appunto è che acquistando dall'Italia, il prezzo di acquisto e pagato online, non è quello definitivo, perché al corriere ho dovuto pagare le tasse doganali che non erano state specificate durante la fase di acquisto. So bene che le tasse doganali occorre pagarle, ma sarebbe meglio che fossero specificate in fase di acquisto, in questo moco l'acquirente è a conoscenza del costo totale che deve affrontare e non si ritrova con una sorpresa non calcolata al momento del ritiro.

Great communication whenever I had a question about the status of my order. Fit and finish are amazing and the sound is incredible. Love it. Will be getting the full header soon.

There's a lot of choice but specs and photos on the website are helpful to decide.
Quality of the ́product is great.
Only the mounting guide was missing in my package.

Given the wrong information about fit in my specific. Was told it would. Would not without modification of bike. Asked about returning and never received response. Also, when ordering said 5 to 10 day turn around time to over 4 weeks. Was told sorry it's the holidays

Fate attenzione dopo 60 giorni mi hanno annullato l’ordine perché mi sono permesso più volte di chiedere info senza mai ricevere risposta.
Mi hanno anche bloccato su Facebook solo perché ho raccontato la mia reale esperienza.
Da evitare assolutamente…
Dopo aver letto la risposta aggiungo che ho TUTTE le mail ed i messaggi a cui NON avete MAI risposto per aggiornarmi. Ho anche la conversazione su Messenger dove VOI mi dite che annullate l’ordine perché ho pubblicato quello che è effettivamente successo. Prima di rispondere a caso sarebbe opportuno che vi informaste effettivamente sull’accaduto. Ho ancora il tracking dove dice espressamente “etichetta creata ma non ci hanno ancora affidato il pacco”. Non dite sempre bugie, mi sembra normale scrivere sui social dopo 60 giorni di vostro silenzio.

Excellent products, I don't see anything on the market as good as these. Customer service is always great and will do everything they can to help
