Received delivery today, exceptional service received from drivers. Connor A & Ian W were courteous, professional and on time. I received a call prior to arrival. Could not have been more helpful. Wish all delivery drivers were like these two.

Nightmare, We live in Manchester, the delivery of new washing machine coming from PCG Wigan depot which is part of Greater Manchester. on Monday 4pm, it will be delivered Tue 8 sept 2026 10am till 12 noon, On Tuesday 8 September 2026, it will be delivered today 10am till 12 noon. However at 9am TODAY tel call, your item has left wigan depot, and sent to SCOTLAND BY MISTAKE ???, It cannot now be delivered until Friday the 11 September 2026. Guess what, 12 noon same tue knock on door, hi we have your washing m/c, got it off van, I said, they said it had gone to Scotland, he said will its here now, then he checked side label, that was to another address, he said he cannot leave it with us, put it back on van, said, they had still listed in drop off instructions, although it was not on van, le left with the washer. Cannot now be delivered until Friday. What does one say, total garbage, the distress it has caused, & is causing.

Connor and Ian delivered my chest freezer today they were nice and friendly and handled my product with care, couldn’t have asked for a better service

Had a fridge freezer delivered yesterday by one man. It is sat in my garage and useless to me because I am an older woman who is unable to move it in to the kitchen. It would have been an easy job for 2 men. To add insult to injury the delivery driver even told me it was heavy 🙄. I feel like I’ve wasted my money. Shocking service

Excellent customer service received from Scott. Quickly responded to my email query and provided me with all the information I needed to be able to purchase replacement drawers for my freezer. Quick, easy and straightforward.

Shaun was very helpful with unpacking and plugging in my new freezer. He was under a lot of pressure but still had a smile on his face, thank you so much 😊

Great delivery, can't fault at all, gave an estimated time when 30 minutes away, arrived around the time stated. Two cheerful guys took care to make not a scratch or dent. They took away the rubbish and helped by placing in this case the fridge into the kitchen! Couldn't ask for more considering other companies, even though you pay would leave the rubbish or not even help when you pay for help! Thanks guys!

Attila and Marius arrived at the time specified for deliver and install of a dishwasher. They were polite, helpful, took the old appliance away, installed and checked that the new dishwasher was working properly and that there were no leaks. Very pleased, they did an excellent job.

Jordan and David delivered our washing machine and tumble dryer today, installing these and recycling our old ones. The communication prior to the delivery was excellent and Jordan was extremely friendly and helpful in getting everything sorted for us. Couldn’t be happier with his service.

Mario and Rob helped remove my old fridge and fit new one, which was a bit of a struggle to fit into my small kitchen, but they they moved it in carefully after unpacking outside. They had good team work!

Mihai and his colleague delivered our American fridge and freezer safely and they have installed them pain free for us. They are friendly and nice people.
