Just had our Haier washing machine delivered within the stated time slot. Greg and Jatander called 30 mins before delivery to give us an exact arrival time.
Washing machine was delivered to my kitchen, unpacked with all packaging taken with them. A great service which is far better than the one I have previously received from Currys etc.

Neil D and Connor O delivered my fridge freezer, they were polite and unpacked the fridge freezer and took it up the stairs, 5 star service, thank you

Wonderful customer service

We had a large fridge freezer delivered today and the men who delivered it were very careful with it, especially as it isn't the easiest access. They took care not to bump anything and put it exactly where we wanted it. They were also punctual, informing us when they were approximately half an hour away. Excellent service from Mihai and Danila G.

Great delivery by Tim C. Rang to tell me he was on the way and for directions. Really helpful and friendly, brought the freezer in and took the packaging away.
I was kept well informed from time of ordering of date and time to expect the delivery.

Neil D and Quinn delivered my fridge freezer. Only seen Neil as Quinn was in the van (very difficult road access so may have needed to move).

Neil and Quinn delivered my Energy A Fridge Freezer. It weighs 85Kg. They got it up the stairs to my maisonette, and it was not at all easy. But had faces running sweat by the time it was in the kitchen, that's really making an effort.

So, they went above and beyond, did what was needed to get it done. I'm grateful that they did.

Shaun Mc delivered our washing machine, could not speak highly enough of him. He was very friendly and helpful, happy to go round the back of our flat as it was easier for us to get it into play from the back door. He was very kind and patient with my toddler who was very curious about what was going on. Overall great delivery service. Thank you Shaun
