The first 2 videos were accepted and I received payment. My last video which I did correctly was denied because they said I ordered the wrong item, which I didn't. Most of the reviews said the same thing. I am deleting the app and hopefully find an honest company.

ProductTube works well until you earn over about $100-150. Then, your video reviews will get denied even if you use the requested tools to record and read the instructions to them in the video and then complete them. This is a scam to get free product reviews.

Please ve aware of this scam. you will be allowed to do yo first project for a few dollars. if you do high dollar or multiple in one day. the project will be closed for no reason and without communication. Your video will be denied for lacking information even when you read every question out loud and answer it. I have tested this on four products this week.

SCAM! It's worth it to install and do the first task they let you have for a quick ten bucks or so, they'll pay you quick for it. Then they trick you into doing more involved tasks after the 1st one and disqualify/never pay/never respond.

I’ve made several videos for product tube and never had an issue with them not accepting them- I’ve earned about £300 in amazon vouchers so far it’s great! The instructions are often lengthy and detailed so you need to take time to ensure your videos meet all instructions and answer all questions.

I spent 2 hours on the store for a 3 part video study. All 3 videos were sent and an email confirmation. I was to be paid $100, but only paid $25. They said video 2 and 3 we’re not done correctly which is false as procedures were followed for all 3 videos. They tell me 4days later videos are not accepted. This is fraud and I demand my payment. How is the first video fine and last two not correct.I also had a separate issue fighting to get payment for a study did which finally was paid. Their technology is horrible to send videos.

Was going to finish up my project and come to find out my account is deactivated for no reason.
Constantly sending me things to do but turn around and deactivate my account. ..

This company is absolute trash. Their email for customer service is no longer in service. Can't sign in to reach out to anyone for help.

At first Producttube paid me for my two surveys, but when I started submitting more,despite me reading the instructions out loud, Producttube made excuses to not pay me. Only $5 and when I was able to redeemed. The app does work either when you try to redeem the money. The only monetary option is an Amazon gift card. They are a scam!

Seems to be a waste of time. I just signed up to give it a try. I am not new to these types of activities.. I did a video well over 2 weeks ago and no payment, I wrote support twice and only get the same form letter that someone will respond and they don't. I DO these types of things for companies that follow through, this one doesn't. Their loss. Website is very basic and yet hard to figure out. They don't provide much information. I'd pass on this one. UPDATE- I have contacted them 3 times. Final verdict from me, THEY DO NOT PAY, THEY DO NOT RESPOND. 0 Stars.

It's great...when it works. So many issues:

1. The app is choppy and limited - several times I've done a recording only for the app to crash or not save the video and most times, it won't upload the video after recording. You have to save it and then reupload which increases the chance you upload the wrong recording especially if you are doing more than one in one store.

2. They have a non-existent follow up process on submissions outside of emailing support which is hit or miss on how helpful they are - or they just downright stop responding. So essentially, they can and often do reject a video and most times do not tell you its rejected and won't be paid. To add insult to injury, they also don't give you a way to go back and audit the submission to ensure that you either submitted the right video or did or didn't follow the instructions. Because their main reason for denying payment is, "You didn't follow the instructions."

My overall thoughts is this app is a gimmick and because you cannot follow up and fact check their decisions to deny payment, it makes it borderline scammy to me as well.

It becomes a colossal waste of your time because the process and time to travel to a store, record the video, upload it, etc takes at least 30 minutes. And added to that, some parts of the instructions are not upfront enough for you to know if it's a review you could be able to do in your area before you accept the task.

The other drawback is they only pay you via Amazon gift cards. Which is fine sometimes, but if you are doing this because you need extra spending money or money for food, this isn't the way to go.

I haven't yet tried this gig, but the website looks promising. You make short videos about products while shopping. There are good reviews on the website. The only drawback I see is that it pays in rewards and not cash.
