I would like to share my experience with the "Profinfxglobal" prop firm. Generally speaking, registering on their website is easy and convenient, and they provide MetaTrader 5 (MT5) accounts. As a user who has personally traded on this platform, I can confirm that after passing the Phase 1 evaluation, the Phase 2 account was issued almost immediately, which was great.
After completing Phase 2, it took nearly 3 days to receive the funded account. The positive side is that you can actually start trading on the funded account even before completing the KYC process.
However, the biggest issue began after receiving the funded account and submitting my KYC documents. The verification process is extremely poor. It has been almost 2 weeks, and my KYC is still pending—with neither approval nor rejection. On top of that, when reaching out to support, they give almost no clear responses.
Overall, I’ve had a very disappointing experience. Based on my personal opinion, I would strongly advise against trading with them.

ProfinFX Global is a trash prop firm. For the past two months, it has been impossible to receive a payout. After you submit a payout request, they review your account, find supposed “violations” or mistakes, deduct money from your balance, and then refuse to pay out the remaining amount.

This prop company has technical work every day, they have not shown the spread clearly, they have shown it as small for the sake of eye-painting. You cannot pass kyc. So you will waste your time and nerves. I would like to ask this prop company to correct this spread as soon as possible or make it clear whether it is small or not. This is very important for traders to get their account book right.

Hello traders. I do not recommend using this prop firm; I received a notification stating I had hit the daily drawdown limit—even though the dashboard showed I hadn't—and there are hidden spreads.

I recently tested ProfinFX through their contest/challenge model and overall my experience was mixed but mostly decent for a small prop firm.

The platform works on MT5, execution was acceptable, and the dashboard is simple enough even for newer traders. I also liked that they clearly explain drawdown limits and challenge targets. The account setup process was fast and the interface did not feel broken or abandoned.

However, traders should understand one important thing before buying a challenge: this is a simulated prop environment, not real capital allocation. Their Terms & Conditions explicitly state that funded accounts are virtual and payouts are considered rewards/bonuses rather than actual profit sharing. So it’s better to treat this as a trading evaluation platform, not a traditional investment company.

For beginners, I think it can be useful for practicing discipline and risk management with small challenge fees. I would still recommend starting with the cheapest account size first and testing whether payouts and support meet your expectations before spending more money.

Overall: fair experience so far, but traders should read all rules carefully before purchasing.
