Rewards and Withdrawal Pending for 8 Months.
There is no payouts or communication for more than eight months. Very poor customer service

I am a verified user of Profit.com (Ranjan S). I submitted all the required KYC documents and only use one phone for my account.

However, my rewards and withdrawal have been pending for over 8 months now. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no clear response or resolution from their support team.

This lack of transparency, extremely long delays, and poor communication are very disappointing. I cannot recommend this platform until they resolve such issues for their users.

Profit.com banned my account for using the same Skrill account across profiles. But this is not my fault. Skrill has officially stopped allowing new registrations in India, and the app is no longer available on the Play Store.

Because of this, Indian users have no option to create separate Skrill accounts. Profit.com’s payout policy does not consider these limitations, which makes it unfair for Indian users.

Their global rules are not fully applicable in India, and I believe my disqualification was not justified. I request the company to update their policy to reflect country-specific payment issues and treat users fairly.

I joined Profit.com after seeing their polished image and UK registration, expecting a fair and transparent platform. Sadly, that illusion didn’t last long.

I participated in one of their tournaments, secured a winning position, and was promised a prize. Months have passed – no payout, no communication, nothing. I reached out to their support through every channel possible, but they’ve gone completely silent.

This kind of behavior is not just disappointing — it’s unacceptable. A legitimate company doesn’t ignore winners and withhold promised payouts. Profit.com is showing signs of being a deceptive platform, and I regret trusting them.

To others considering them: Be very cautious. A company that doesn’t honor small commitments cannot be trusted with anything bigger.

Really disappointed with the experience from your team. My user name is 'Chandan', it's been 8 months since I'm checking for my winning rewards, I've already provided all the necessary details that was asked for. But still not received my winning amount. Really fed-up with the support and response from Profit.com support team over e-mail. It really becoming a trust issue now, even after everything if winners are not receiving thier prizes how can we trust this platform?

I trusted Profit.com based on their UK location and professional branding. But after my experience, I can confidently say: they don’t stand by their own promises.

I won a tournament and was clearly eligible for a cash prize. But instead of receiving the winnings, I’ve been left in the dark. No payment, no updates, and absolutely no response from their support team.

I find it a super useful and user friendly platform to learn about trading as a beginner. Super nice features and it is easy to understand.

The best aspect of profit.com is that I can engage in real trading, maintain the competitive spirit of the business, but not be as exposed to the potential losses that a typical trading learning curve entails. In that sense, I do not think that there is anything near as good out there. The other options are paper trading, but there you have nothing at stake and you become lenient with your approach. At profit.com the requirement for a serious approach is replicated by you having to face of other traders for real money prizes. So the reward is similar to that in real trading. But if you lose, you don't face the actual loss of money. And besides this main premise, I find the learning, analytical and experimental tools extremely helpful in elevating my trading knowledge. They are more practical than plain textbooks and are very applicable to the other offerings on the website. So, the whole service is so well integrated and complementary, in my view. I am a big fan of this concept.

Since I switched to Profit.com I learnt a lot more about market insights and successful portfolio. The app provides free access to a lot of information that is not easy to find anywhere else, and very useful for beginners like me. Very user friendly, and would definitely recommend.
