Could be good to make little extra cash but think it sounds dodgy ... Few down falls though . 😱😱😱
• App fail to sign in, email not recognised so have to log in through website .
• have to take picture of id and upload before withdrawing.
• can only withdraw max £25 at a time which can take upto 8 days but in the faqs it says 3-5 days and can only do 1 at a time.. • so everything is in gift card form not direct to PayPal I don't see why 🤔 and no email to confirm withdrawal request.
• Some games track then stop..
• I contacted support team as 2 games didn't pay up for tasks completed due to tracking issues after I spent £10 to help in game . total of £24.81 lost . was told by support team the tracking stopped due to suspicious activity which is hard to work out so ( play game .. buy few boxes to help.. complete tasks = suspicious activity 🤔) and was advised not to play both the games again as could lead to account being suspended ...
• Probably think twice about spending money to help complete tasks.. seems like they like to take money but are very unwilling to pay out quickly or suspended your account permanently so they don't have to.
• tried 3 withdrawals and on 8th business day gets rejected. Only new this by checking in the wallet section and going to bottom of page for redemptions.

• max withdrawal £25 can't do another till that's completed 🤔
• spend few quid game stops tracking and get answers from support team always suspicious activity 🤔
• withdrawals get rejected 🤔
• are these 5* reviews actually real about the withdrawals 🤔🤔 or are they the company posting them so you spend money 🤔🤔🤔
• photo id upload, passport or driving license 🤔 remember all of the above ...

Initially had a great experience with the app and slowly earning small amounts … once earnings reached over £3 and cash bonuses were reached with more than a few pence earning paused and showed tasks completed but pending currently on day 10 of waiting for a reply after all evidence submitted. Messages have been seen but not acknowledged
Be weary of app actually paying out bonuses you reach

Paid out the first time (£5) as a test. Have built up to £47 now, first attempt to redeem just sat pending then didn't go through, have tired second time and continually says pending but doesn't actually process. Have wasted a lot of time on this app which I feel is designed not not pay if anyone reaches a substantial amount. Absolutely avoid

Prograd is a scam. It’s fine for a few weeks ,even paid out first time. Now when I’ve over £100 to redeem they’ve decided I can’t log in and my email address is invalid. Even although their marketing team are still sending me emails.

Play games all the time and thought i’d try this - first cash out was completely fine - then i decided to just build it up - got to £60 and then had issues cashing out - they then blocked my account as believe its fraudulent and now i can’t login at all

Tried to cash out twice and I was unable to, despite verifying my ID. I then got a ‘temporary account restriction’ notice based on ‘suspicious activity’. I contacted support and could not get any clarification on what this alleged activity was. I was also told to cease playing on the games I had downloaded via ProGrad, or my account would be blocked. It’s been over two weeks and I’ve had no progress with customer service, and haven’t seen a penny of my £98 balance.

SCAM. AVOID. you earn money but when you try to withdraw they suspend your account then ignore messages.

I had £45 to withdraw after playing 2-3 games. I was playing one game and it got to a point where I was about to make money on some big rewards. They then told me my account had been flagged. (All I had done was play some games.)

Today I have gone to check my withdrawal, my app has been logged out and when I try to reset my password it says email not found.

They’ve basically closed my account, while I was trying to withdraw.

Games are not being tracked properly and the feedback from Prograd was that suspicious activity had been detected on the game and for me to stop playing or I would be blocked. Seems to me they do not want to pay out and this is actually a Scam.

So I downloaded a few days ago. Was playing fine until today when it signed me out and now says my email is not found. Thought I'd found a decent money earning app. Seems not. Disappointed to say the least!

Lovely app perfect

Firstly completed an offer which meant me spending money and it was not paid out, I was told suspected of cheating and to cease playing said game or my account will be closed. Shocking but said ok. As was above £25 tried to withdraw funds, waited 8 days and it cancelled withdrawal. Tried again and after 11 days my account is now suspended. No response off support and just now waiting for them to close the account and I'll be going trading standards. It's not the little amount of money it's the principle that if honest the games are rubbish and only played to earn a beer or 2.

Update they have now closed my account without warning I am unable to even login. I honestly hope this scam app gets closed down

Avoid like the plague. They don't pay out but they'll suspend your account and then delete it. Bunch of shysters.
