They had the patience of saints to put up with all our questions and pestering over the weeks! Incredibly grateful to them both. Highly recommend!

Cherie has been a God send through our sale & purchase. She has been such a focal point chasing everyone in the chain and keeping on top of everything. Even when she was on leave she was checking in to see how things were going.

After multiple attempts at exchange, all falling at the top solicitor in the chain, she kept it going and pushing for responses and finally we've got it over the line and exchanged, ready to complete tomorrow!

I can't thank Cherie and Laura enough for keeping us updated and sane throughout this process and I think all estate agents should use Progresa to improve the client experience of buying and selling houses, they've been great!

After a very stressful house sale I am now in my new property. Laura was originally assigned to me but when she went on leave in stepped Cherie who has seen a very stressed me through a very difficult 20 weeks. She has dealt with solicitors in the chain not communicating and has had to 'wake' them up several times. Cherie has kept me calm at all times. She has responded to my many messages in a timely fashion and it wasnt until week 19 that I realised she only worked part time on a Monday and had a Friday off! I wouldnt have known as she has replied throughout those days. Week 20 has arrived, now exchanged, completed and in my new house. Cherie has messaged lots of times and she is on leave, thats because she is a truly lovely person, she cares and is definately worth her weight in gold at Progresa. Thank you Cherie I am truly thankful x

I cannot recommend Laura at Progresa (progresa.uk) highly enough. We were going through an incredibly stressful and tricky remortgage, and just when we thought we were crossing the finish line, disaster struck. At 4 PM on a Friday (when we were due to complete the following Tuesday) our lender suddenly decided they wouldn't accept search indemnity because the house didn't previously have a mortgage. We were told we needed full local searches and to expect a delay of up to 4 weeks. We were devastated.
Enter Laura. She stepped in as our property progression specialist and completely turned the nightmare around. She took immediate control, liaising directly with our conveyancer and the external search company to get the searches expedited. She even went as far as contacting our local council directly to chase the status of the requests.
Her communication was flawless. She kept us, our broker, and our solicitor fully informed at all times, taking so much of the anxiety off our shoulders.
Because of Laura's relentless hard work and expertise, our massive 4-week delay ended up being just a single week! We are so incredibly appreciative of what she did for us. If you are going through a stressful property transaction or remortgage, you absolutely need Laura in your corner. Worth her weight in gold!
