Great course!
Dan was a very engaging, enthusiastic and humorous teacher and he made the content very easy to understand and absorb. Thoroughly enjoyed both the Foundation and Practitioner courses and would recommend to anyone looking to get into Change Management.

It was a really good course
It was a really good course. The facilitator was very knowledgeable. I felt the first day could have been slightly more interactive as I started to lose focus towards the end of the day.

Daniel. I agree. This was aa nrew version of the 2 day Agile Course and we are working to make 'pep' up the first day. we need to cover the basic theory but we are looking at ways to build in more discussion.

Thank you. We think our approach to agile change management uses well tried theories but in a new way.
Change Management Foundation workshop…
Change Management Foundation workshop was a well organized 3 days of learning. Facilitator was highly knowledgeable and experienced which made the subject interesting. He was able to balance the knowledge transfer as well as exam preparation so that at the end of the 3 days I felt quite confident in the theoretical knowledge of Change Management Principles and its applications.

Thank you - we understand that the certificate of qualification is important for many customers. We have a very high success rate in the exam. However we do also try to offer practical real world advice.

Thoroughly enjoyed the course and learned so much. Was great to have some practical opportunities during the sessions where the theory could be applied.
Appreciated Dan's training style. His knowledgeable on the subject was abundantly clear.
Highly recommend doing both of these courses.
