Purchased a custom desktop from Project Reclaim. Luke answered all my questions promptly and quoted a 4-6 week timeline. It arrived a couple days early after he confirmed with me via email that it would be okay. The desktop is reclaimed pine. It was cut to the right dimensions with two pieces of wood on the underside as support to weigh it down to prevent warping. Great experience, highly recommend.

Easy to order online. Great yo be better able to order on different sizes to get exactly what we needed. Live the fact that reclaimed wood is used. Ordered with plenty of time to spare as timescale quoted was 6-8 weeks then had to store it for 4 weeks as it arrived after only a couple of weeks and we hadn't finished decorating the room it was going in! Love the desk - easy to put together and it looks amazing.

Arrived via DHL and was easily able to move around delivery date to suit me. Packaging was careful and thorough. I was able to assemble the items using common sense, but could have done with some instructions to save time. I was very happy with my products, but (my own fault) I chose the 'clear' finish and it is very much the original pine colour, whereas in my mind I wanted something a bit darker.

I needed a small, square shelf after the first one I installed proved too weak for the weight of the item I put on it. I messaged Project Reclaim and they quickly responded saying to just put my dimensions in the 'extra requirements' box when ordering the smallest size. The shelf is lovely sanded, natural wood and the bracket is made from actual repurposed piping rather then the manufactured 'old look' pipes used for so much trendy furniture nowadays. The instructions are all available online and are very clear to follow, and it looks lovely and feels very solid on the wall. Very happy, will definitely use them again if I need more shelves in future.

I’m really pleased with my new shelf. Luke was extremely accommodating and after sending photos of my existing furniture, he managed to match the finish on the shelf perfectly - it looks great!
