Lettering on skate wheels worn off
Lettering on skate wheels worn off in several places and the box the skates came in looks very bashed up. Overall makes the skates look less than good. As they were purchased as a present this is very disappointing. I feel rather embarrassed to give a present with worn lettering. They did arrive quickly and the actual skate boots look good.

Very bad customer service.
Very poor customer service.
They sent me faulty skates back in early April, sent email with pictures attached no reply, phoned them and they said they were waiting for replacements to exchange, I've never had a reply via email, sent another one last week so I could return the skates and get a refund, no reply to that one either.
I fully understand the hardships companies are going through at this time, but they could at least acknowledge an email.
These skates were for a birthday present for my daughter, as yet she has been able to skate through the whole lock down period.
Shocking online experience, avoid!!!!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, flippant and unhelpful response to our request for replacement knee pads when the straps failed. Don't give them your money, they don't deserve it.

Looking into this claim we can see you tried to claim warranty on a wrist guard that is 6 months old.
Im afraid this would not be covered due to wear and tear.

Faulty skates, bullying communication
Unfortunately, my experience with them was dreadful. They sent me a faulty item. The blades’ screws holes were allowing water to come inside, after 12-20 minutes of skating, my socks and feet becoming wet. I contacted customer service but they bullied me and were very unprofessional. I had to bin the skates and get a new pair
