A great independent company offering exceptional service
A great independent company offering goods at competitive prices, together with exceptional knowledge and great customer service.
This was the only company which had stock of the Fatstick paddle board I wanted. Once I had placed the order, it was despatched immediately and I received it within a couple of days well packaged. When I had problems with inflating the board and inserting the central Finn, I phoned Pro Marine store and spoke to Ben (the owner) who was happy to help, even contacting the owner of Fatstick to resolve the problem I was having.
A company that deserves to do well. Don’t hesitate to buy from them.

Great service, and great communication throughout. Very attentive to customers, were extremely quick getting back to me with a response to my query. I bought a paddleboard and they have good stock from local ethical companies. Highly recommend Pro Marine Store.

You keep asking for a review for an item we haven't received yet. I feel that we have actually been waiting too long for this item now anyway with very little correspondence regarding the waiting time at all. I'm afraid I can only give 1 star as how can we review on an item yet to be received, but from the delay and lack of correspondence, I would say the customer service is shockingly bad.

Hi there, we are terribly sorry to hear you are frustrated with your order - the part you ordered is proving to be very hard to get a firm delivery date on as the distributor won't commit. This is due to shipping constraints coming from their factory, which many manufacturers are suffering with. This of course is not an excuse, rather an explanation. Your order unfortunately missed our usually extremely diligent communication processes and we apologise unreservedly for this. Our communication process has now been updated and refined so that this doesnt happen again, and we are happy that although you were dissatisfied, you have opted to keep your order in with us into the future

The thru hull fittings I ordered were not available but I was helped with an alternative which arrived quickly and is great quality. Nice to have knowledgeable person at the end of a phone.
