I ordered tickets, sent you an air-bill because you requested an air-bill. You shipped me e-tickets. Why wouldn't you email the tickets vs shipping them? Nothing more unprofessional then shipping a client e-tickets.

I bought tickets to the Prince Tribute Concert in Minneapolis through Prominent Tickets. I was traveling from New Jersey after a Monday Holiday so the vendor was not open for business. I had to get on a plane without my E-Tickets which needed to printed! The entire time I had been in touch with Prominent Tickets about the situation and though they could not reach the vendor, assured me that I would have my tickets in time for the concert. The ticket agent was very pleasant, reassuring & calm. She made me feel confident that it would all be worked out once I arrived in Minneapolis at my hotel where I would be able to print my E-Tickets once the vendor sent them to me via email. I arrived at my hotel only two hours before the show but Prominent Tickets worked on the situation up to that time to get the tickets to me. Sure enough as promised, the tickets arrived, I printed them & felt relieved to have them in hand! The entire time, I felt that Prominent Tickets would come through for me and they did. I was impressed with the sales agent's diligence and professionalism. And as a consolation for my troubles, they upgraded my seats! I plan on using Prominent Tickets exclusively from now on!

I have purchased tickets over ten times from Prominent Tickets and have had excellent service everytime. Jennifer has been my go to agent and she always finds me a great price on JETS and METS Tickets and most importantly Jen returns phones calls immediately. Prices are competitive to all other "big name " online sites. Having a store front is also a great feature as you can actually speak to someone with questions or concerns. I have and will continue to recommend Prominent tickets to family and friends.

I was quoted a price of $26 for the same seats that were on their website for $20. I only got sort of a shrug and an excuse that didn't make sense. I then bought sports tickets via eticket but never received the email to print them. I went there and they were very accommodating and printed them for me right then. Only giving 3 stars because they were very customer service friendly on the phone and in person.

Booked wrong tickets by accident and they were more than happy to help me fix the issue. Very happy and will use again!

Ticket prices are up front with no surcharges, handling, printing or other fees tacked on to ticket cost. Say goodbye to ridiculous fees.

I asked our hotel in Manhattan to try and get tickets for Springsteen at Madison Square Garden which was taking place a few hours later. They got tickets and i paid the same as people who had got them 2 months previously.

All the fees are upfront, which is great (not that I like the fees). On some other sites, the price "looks" cheaper, but during the check-out process all the exorbitant charges are added. Often times this makes the total transaction more expensive. The service is excellent and this is the second time I have used Prominent and will do it again. Thanks!
