Bought a motorised shaker and within 6 months stops working. Tried contacting them on numerous occasions and no one replies. Just ignored terrible company

big no. I bought this blender 2 months ago.first of all it has no power to blend.it blends but this is not designed to chop and mix. is good for protein shakes where you add just liquid and a dust. but the biggest problem is the lid that constantly keeps on blocking. last night I wanted to make a mayonese in this blender and it got stuck-again-but this time is like glue stuck. also even if u charge it it lasts maximum 1-2 usages on a 20 seconds blending each time. since I cannot open it and I tried all possible methods this will go right now to the garbage

I bought Promixx's electric shaker a few years ago, and when searching for a portable blender, after some research, decided to go for their new Sense blender. I chose this over the likes of Ninja and other brands, based on promises of effortless blending and good battery life.

I'm on Day 2 of using the blender, and I can't say I'm impressed. Whilst it's design seems resilient and everything appears very aesthetically pleasing, the battery life is already rubbish. I charged it fully yesterday (2-3 hours). Made my first shake. Oat milk, one small cube of ice, a scoop of powder, half a banana and a very small portion of frozen berries - whilst it blended it successfully, it took a few tries to get there. Day 2, second go of the same ingredients, and it died half way through.

Their customer service is also appalling, similar to the rest of the reviews here. I sent two emails, which took them nearly a week to respond to. When they responded, they sent an answer to a question I hadn't even asked, and completely disregarded what I had initially asked, leading me to believe they didn't even read the email.

Please be aware as well, if you're anywhere outside of the US or UK, you'll be subject to custom fees - absolutely nowhere on their website states this, which should absolutely be included in their FAQs or shipping info, as the majority of other retail sites will always include as a courtesy to their customers.

I'm now down 200 euro and left with what looks to be a bit of a scam. Very disappointing all round.

I spent a good amount of money for the Sense portable blender and the Promixx Pro shaker. After 2 weeks the blender made a horrible screech and smoked a bit, when i took the blender cup of the motor I saw that the impeller on the blender motor was no longer attached to the rod from the motor and it will not go back on the rod and work. I did register my products for the warranty so I reached out online (because there is no phone number to be found to get assistance) multiple times and even got email confirmation that they received my contact but here I am a week later and no one has reached out from Promixx to resolve the issue or even discuss it. I'm out over $120 bucks and no blender, avoid these people unless you got money to burn!!!!!!!

Bought from promixx directly. The shaker came broken and it's unusable. Have opened a support case and nobody have contacted me yet. Will try to fix it myself (lid completely broken), Should have read the reviews before purchase.

I would never recommend this brand again!!! They have the worst customer service you can ever deal with! I had a problem, I sent a reclamation then they answered that they will send me a new
Product! I am waiting till today (5 month) and nothing happened! I sent them many emails but they ignored it and never got any replies!!

You buy from this brand and you will never have the chance for any reclamations! They are the biggest scam ever!!

Zwei Pursuit Shaker erworben, leider schon nach wenigen Einsätzen nicht mehr nutzbar, weil kleinste Verschlussteile abgebrochen sind (in der Spülmaschine). Fehlkonstruktion.

Ich habe einen Promixx Pro Shaker bestellt und auch bekommen. Das Gerät wurde geladen, hat einmal funktioniert. Nun Stillstand - der Motor funktioniert nicht mehr. Den Kundendienst angeschrieben - keine Reaktion - dafür täglich einen Newsletter. Ich finde das schade und letztklassik.

Edit 14.4.26: die Firma versucht kritische Bewegungen von der Plattform zu entfernen! Ich wurde gebeten, meine Details anzugeben, damit ich die Echtheit der Bewertung beweisen kann, andernfalls würde diese gelöscht werden. Das verrät schon ziemlich viel über die Seriosität.

Bewertung vom 29.05.2025:
Ich kann leider die Produkte nicht empfehlen. Als ich die pursuit Shaker im März bestellt habe, habe ich lange auf meine Bestellung warten müssen.
Wir haben uns viele Shaker bestellt, weil sie uns echt gut gefielen - in der Theorie. Sie haben ein gutes Füllvolumen, die Shakes lassen sich gut im Shaker auflösen und das Design ist toll. Es ist mir leicht gefallen über den Tag hinweg viel Wasser zu trinken.

Leider muss ich jedoch sagen, dass die Qualität echt sehr schlecht ist. Die Verschlusskappe aus Silikon bricht schon nach wenigen Wochen nach Benutzung. Auch wenn eine Garantie vom Lieferanten gewährt wird, finde ich es nicht akzeptabel. Als die vierte Flasche jetzt auch noch defekt war, und wir eigentlich jedes Mal einen Ersatz bekommen haben, hat es mir jetzt endgültig gereicht. Ich kann doch nicht jede Woche eine Reklamation verschicken. Abgesehen vom Umwelt Aspekt, weil so viel Plastik verschwendet wird und die Lieferung aus GB einfach unnötig weit ist, raubt es mir einfach nur meine Nerven. Dieses mal verlange ich mein Geld zurück für jede Flasche, die kaputt geht. Für so eine Qualität ist es dann doch einfach auch zu teuer.

Ich habe am 20.04 bestellt und bis heute nichts gehört…Echt schade

Rubber lid cap seal broke at least five times on my shakers over the last 12 months. Replacements have taken months with week-long delayed responses. Will avoid this company in the future and do not recommend this brand to anyone.

The bottle doesn't work at all. It seems the positive reviews are fake. Big disappointment.

Orded on Amazon, no problem on the product, except it make my shake undrinkable. Half of it is foam : disgusting and bad taste.
You cannot fill more than half of the shaker without spilling everything as soon as you start the motor.
Poor design, worst than any free shaker you'll be given in most supplement website....

Ich habe einen elektrischen Shaker von PROMIXX bestellt, der leider defekt angekommen ist. Anfangs wurde mir ein Ersatzgerät zugesichert, doch nach mehreren Wochen Wartezeit und mehrmaligem Nachfragen erhalte ich keinerlei Rückmeldung mehr vom Kundenservice.

Ein Unternehmen, das sich weigert, ein defektes Produkt zu ersetzen, ist für mich nicht vertrauenswürdig. Ich kann PROMIXX aufgrund dieser Erfahrung nicht empfehlen und rate vom Kauf ab!

Bought from amazon, did the warrinty and when I broke the cup they came back to me very quickly and sending replacments. No negotiating or fighting just people geniually wanting to help.
Will keep buying there prodicts.

Super Produkte und sehr toller Kundenservice. Ich nutze die Edelstahl Shaker und die Kunststoff Shaker. Bei mir hat sich am Deckel was gelöst und es wurde ohne Umstände sofort ausgetauscht. Trocknen

I bought it six month ago and I really love it. Used it twice a day for six month and motor stop working. I emailed PROMIXX and customer service was very helpful. No ifs or buts, sent replacement.

Awful company. Ordered 9 days ago, never received my order. Wanted it in time for new year and still waiting…..
