Helpful and friendly company. Kept in touch via email and telephone regarding my order. Quick response to my questions and order delivered in good time. The pens are good quality and I would certainly use PromoParrot again.

Good quality bags and great communication.
We ordered some custom logo tote bags from promo parrot, the delivery was really quick and the bags were great quality and exactly what we asked for. Tom and Sharron were really helpful and made it a positive experience- would definitely order more customised products in the future from here.

Great service/great product/speedy
Great service. And speedy when I needed it doing within a short space of time. Literally needed to have it ready to be sent on the day I called. Charlie managed to get something sorted which looked great within that time frame. Product Arrived before my deadline date too. Communication was all round great and was extremely happy with the end result.
Great company. Will use again!

Great service. Clear pricing. Quick turn around. Tom was friendly and professional. Delivered on the day they were promised.
I had a bad experience with World of Mugs and their misleading online pricing, so I would avoid using them and head to Promo Parrot.

We required a very quick turnaround time for a large number of logo print mugs for an event we were hosting. Tom was great and made sure they were delivered ahead of schedule. Great quality products for a great price. The SACU will definitely use PromoParrot again in the future.
