The pre-call communication was excellent. The time-zone was off by one hour as I was called an hour later that the scheduled time. Next time be sure to verify the time-zone you are calling. The moderator was very respectful.The questions were specific to my practice and i felt that I could have a relevant conversation. The moderator allowed me to expand on my answers. I would not hesitate to participate again.
