Rude employee
I normally have a great experience in proper job, but this afternoon, while visiting the Frome Proper Job, I dealt with quite an unpleasant employee. She was working on checkout, and as she picked up the hair gel I was buying, looked me up and down and said that she wouldn't use that on her hair in a million years. I replied with oh right, and she then looked at me again as she scanned it through, and said 'your hair will fall out in a few days, mark my words'. The girl seemed about mid 20's to me, with blonde/brown hair. I'm 21, and found it so so so uncomfortable and rude.

I love going in proper job
I love going in proper job, best customer service I have ever had. Always helpful and friendly. Lots of different items with a lot of choice at good prices. I always spend a lot in here. It’s One of my favourite shops and always tell everyone how great it is and what I have bought.

I have just returned from a visit to Proper Job Eastern Ave Gloucester,i am so delighted with the service i received from customer service assistant Bobby,this man showed me great kindness,politeness and made my experience in store great.I will be back in store soon.

This is a good shop
This is a good shop - nice selection of DIY goods at very keen prices and good quality too.
The one thing I do like is the attitude of the staff - they always go out of their way to help (such as carrying heavy goods to your car and showing you where goods are if you can't find them) and at the slightest sign of a queue at the tills they open up more so you don't have a long wait. They also sell screws and other DIY bits and bobs in small packs at a fair price (eg 6 big wood screws for £1 - at the big DIY stores, they only do big packs eg 100 for £11 - handy if you only need 5)

Always friendly and helpful in the Radstock store. Sells a lot of different things like diy, pet supplies, food,drinks, light bulbs, arts and crafts, housewares, gardening section, toiletries and cleaning products and so much more. The only problem with this shop is I always spend too much but I love shopping in there.

Have not got a clue.
Phoned the Coleford branch to ask for a product and was told it was in stock. Asked for price, was told it depended on size. Said I would be there in 2 hours to buy. Went to the shop (15 mile round-trip) 1.5 hours later and was told it was not in stock. Don't know who I spoke to. They don't know how to answer the telephone and have no idea about customer relations. 'kin useless.
