Propermusic.com is part of the Proper Music Group Ltd and was launched as an online store in October 2011 to supply music CD's, Vinyl, Bx Sets etc... direct to customers at competitive prices with an exceptional level of customer service. We've been supporting independent record labels and music since 1988. Our main aim is to provide an online shop window for the kinds of specialist music from artists and labels that you would not otherwise have the opportunity to find or discover in stock elsewhere. Our sister company, Proper Music Distribution is the largest independent distributor in the UK and we are able to supply music from over 2000+ labels from all over the world, regularly releasing over 150 new releases or re-issues every week. We employ dedicated and experienced staff who provide a polite and professional level of customer service through our extensive product knowledge from working within the music industry for many years. All our orders are despatched using a first class or airmail service with Royal Mail (Tracked as standard for all UK orders, optional for ROW) or via our network of courier services. Your opinion matters greatly to us and our reputation relies on it, so any feedback good or bad would be greatly appreciated and most welcomed. Your total satisfaction with our service is our ultimate goal.

Half Man, Half Biscuit vinyl
Ordered the new Half Man, Half Biscuit vinyl and it arrived perfectly packaged in 2 days. Can't do much better than that! Bonus was a delighted husband on his birthday. I will definitely use Proper Music again. Thanks!

Slightly late but this didn’t hamper enjoyment
The record arrived after the release date. However, it was in good condition. I was pleased with the product. I also thought that the purchase was good value.
