BEWARE - Adam from Property Found sends out ANNOYING and unwanted Spam solicitation texts, despite being on the Federal "Do Not Contact" list!

UPDATE: Property Found ATTEMPTED to have my review taken down for "defamatory content" since they don't like being called out for all their annoying SPAM texts, but TrustPilot quickly overruled their attempt to silence me. Better luck next time Property Found!

I've been working with Property Found for the past few months, and I can confidently say that my experience has been nothing short of excellent. From the very beginning, they delivered exactly what they promised: genuine, motivated buyer and seller leads who are actively interested in making real estate moves.

I was very skeptical but they were very nice and helpful so I gave them a shot. They did give a good lead and I am working them to get the property listed! I was very surprised that they had great communication! So many lead companies just want your money and then you are a number to them and they don't care. Property Found has great customer service and they actually talk to the leads so you have given a warm lead with no cold calling!!!!!!

This company is a total scam. First off, John Edwards and Waseem Javed are the same person. First lead provided was for a seller located an hour an half from me, no problem. After multiple conversations and emails providing comparable sales and perceived value, an appointment was finally set. When confirming the appointment and costs involved to sell, the seller informed she was told there would be no commission as "John Edwards" was personally purchasing the property for his son who's property was destroyed due to the hurricane in Miami, obviously that appointment was cancelled by the seller. Second lead was a property 7 hours away with a list price of 75k, which was a huge red flag. This price was supposedly agreed to by the seller, (who never did return any calls or respond to multiple emails & texts) and John/Waseem, who approached me with the idea we purchase it together as a flip. In checking comparables and court records, not only was this property land value only in the middle of nowhere, it was discovered the owner had 2 pending court cases involving the property, one for Eminent Domain, the other for Quiet Title. The next lead was for a seller, when calling the number provided, the gentleman informed me, he was the tenant. Upon checking the tax records, the property is owned by an LLC. Several other leads after multiple attempts to contact, were confused as to why I was even contacting them, as they had no interest in either buying or selling. Then after not hearing anything from John or Waseem, i called John and was told they were revising their lead qualification process and I should have better qualified leads shortly and he would have Mr. Edwards contact me. I said wait a minute, you told you were John, after some lame attempt at a misunderstanding, I was done wasting my time. Now, after 38 yrs in this industry, I'm more than familiar with a qualified lead and gave this guy ample opportunity to provide one, which never happened. I guarantee you, the positive reviews enclosed are either fictitious, friends or relatives, or naive rookies. I am in the process of filing formal complaints with the Wyoming & Florida Attorney Generals offices. I post this and will post additional reviews wherever I can in an attempt to keep others from being a victim of this scam.

You ask me to call you to resolve? You already did call ME, remember? First I spoke with John/Waseem,at the same time, since they're the same person. Then Adam called me wanting to give me more leads to resolve. No thank you, I've seen the quality, of your leads. Not interested in wasting more of my time chasing down leads 7 hours away with lawsuits pending. Or sellers that are being told there's no commission involved. You fooled me once, never again!
