Property Searches Direct Limited Avis

Dan was fantastic from the time of query. The entire flow, right from research to submission of last search was great.
I was informed at all stages of different report as and when they were made available.
I think I have saved lot of time. I can recommend PSD to everyone who is in process of home move.

I will definitely recommend this insurance company as the staff are very helpful and nice!

Purchasing a property in the Bromley area - received all my reports in week using the Residential Purchase Search Pack. Daniel was very responsive through communication if there are any queries. No long waits! 🙂

Excellent price
Easy to purchase
Highly recommend

great service! were so helpful and would recommend :)

I'm really happy with the service I received from Property Searches Direct. Daniel was prompt to get the searches under way and I received several documents within days. When there was an unexpected delay with one search, he kept me informed and thankfully, things were resolved very quickly. The results from the searches were clear, well-presented and pretty easy to understand.

I'd highly recommend this company for providing property searched and would happily use them in the future.

Quick, easy to order and very speedy in completing the report. Great communication by email

Outstanding!!!! We had been quoted 6 weeks for searches via the company the conveyancer uses so we looked around and spoke to this company.

Clear communication and the results were back in less than 48 hours. We can’t recommend highly enough.

Outstanding service. I have used PSD for a few purchases and every time have been so impressed by the professionalism and communication. Daniel always kept in touch during the process and answered any questions I had relating to the searches. Surprised too just how quickly the searches return (depending on the region) as opposed to a solicitor doing this. A copy can be sent to your conveyancing solicitor simultaneous to the buyer receiving them so that they are kept up to date. All in all, highly recommended. Thank you Daniel!

I’ve used this company twice in two years. Both times I’ve found them courteous, informative and inexpensive.
I would recommend them to anyone who needs conveyancing or associated services.

Easy to order and very quick turnaround. Received the report the next day.

Genuinely the best company I've dealt with.

I was buying a property and needed speed to get it done. I was quoted 1 month by my solicitors and PSD managed to get it done within 2 weeks! They kept me updated all along the way and even helped with any questions I had.

Same day turn around!

I cannot recommend Dan at Property Searches Direct highly enough. The level of service he provided throughout my property search has been nothing short of exceptional. Dan has gone above and beyond in assisting me with my flood risk inquiry, ensuring that I had the most comprehensive and accurate information possible.

He took it upon himself to request searches from multiple data providers—at no extra cost to me—simply to provide peace of mind as I move forward with my property purchase. It’s clear that Dan is deeply committed to his clients, and this personal approach made all the difference in a stressful situation.

What truly stood out was Dan’s willingness to go the extra mile, even contacting me at 8pm on a Friday evening to ensure that I had the most up-to-date report in hand. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and invested in their client’s success, especially at this level of service. His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail have been invaluable in helping me make informed decisions.

If you’re looking for a company that truly cares about their clients and provides top-tier service, look no further than Dan and Property Searches Direct. I am incredibly grateful for his support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of property-related services.

Very speedy done in about an hour.

Really great Service

Fast service. Regular communication. A great experience.

I came across this company via Moving Home with Charlie Website. When the searches were ordered they were very quick in being delivered.
The indivdual searches were clear and concise and no issues raised by my conveyancer.

Speedy friendly service with “can do “ attitude.

Ever since coming across these guys as a recommendation, the team at PSD have been super responsive, helpful and totally on board with the outcomes that I need to achieve. They are certainly on top of their game and I would hesitate to use alternate provider. Thanks again.
