Brilliant customer service, simply had to leave a review.
I simply had to leave a review for Maddy who has been lovely and a pleasure to deal with. She is also super efficient. Even just before closing, late on a Friday afternoon, she's happy to help and sorting things for us, when solicitors and other agents have already gone home and you can't get hold of them. Her communication is excellent and she is super responsive to all our queries. We have felt genuinely supported the whole way through and know we can pick up the phone at any time for her help as she is also incredibly approachable and always happy to speak to you, which is so important to us, and rare. Honestly I do not usually write reviews but this has been the second one for this company as it's such a different experience to dealing with other estate agents over the years. Amazing customer service, we have now found our 'go-to' estate agent. Can't recommend her enough and will not hesitate use you again in future, thank you Maddy!!

Very easy to deal with
Very easy to deal with. The purchase process was simple and intuitive to follow. Nadia was very helpful and lovely to talk to. She was speedy and clear with communication leaving no room for confusion. It wasn’t the outcome we hoped for but Nadia’s understanding of our reasons was appreciated. Great experience so far…
We are currently dealing with PSG and have specifically been dealing with Harriet and Josh. Both of them have been lovely. Very helpful with great communications from the start. They’ve been reassuring and patient whilst waiting for solicitors checks etc. Also they have been so pleased and happy for our family on purchasing our new home. We used Property Solutions to completely renovate a property
We used Property Solutions to completely clear and then renovate a property which had been allowed to deteriorate over several years and was in a terrible condition before the work began. The requirement was to clear all of the house contents and then carrying out a full re-wire and a complete re-plastering of all walls and ceilings. Once this was completed, the property was to be fully re-painted, and a new central heating system, a new kitchen and a new bathroom fitted, along with new carpets and laminate flooring throughout. In all, a considerable amount of work which took a total of eight months to complete. Harriet, our contact at Property Solutions was always friendly, helpful and totally professional throughout the whole process, eventually arranging a meeting for us to view the completed work.
Although our first impression on entering the house was very good, we were surprised to find a team of painters still working there. As a result, we felt rather obliged to hurry the viewing so as not to get in the way of work that should already have been completed. Despite that, our first impression was that the house was now bright and clean with brand new fittings – a massive improvement over its original condition.
However, we returned for a more thorough inspection about two weeks later and discovered many, many snags. The paintwork finish was extremely poor, plastering in some areas had not been finished properly, the carpet in one of the bedrooms had been very poorly laid and appliances in the kitchen (the cooker, extractor hood and a socket for a washing machine) had not been wired in – despite the insistence by a contractor to Property Solutions that they had been! The list of issues went on and on. Doors that wouldn't close, a stairwell banister completely missing and a water leak from one of the new radiators etc. etc. All relatively minor snags, but disappointing non the less. Having said all of this, we understand that with any major renovation work, things do get missed, but the measure of a company is what they do about it when things go wrong and to be fair, Property solutions took prompt action (thanks to Barry who worked directly with the contractor) to work through the extensive list of snags, completing 95% to our complete satisfaction.

As a first-time buyer
As a first-time buyer, I found the whole process quite daunting at first, but Property Solutions Group made it much easier. They were incredibly helpful throughout and always took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and patiently.
