Property Solvers Avis

A very professional and personal approach. Ruban was great and very helpful, providing regular updates with meaningful advice. I would definitely use Property Solvers again.

Genuinely trying to resolve miscommunication problems.Heartfelt honesty after an initial hiccup. Truly human response which is so rare.

Very prompt response and excellent service and advice 👍

Property Solvers is an esteemed and incredible company to work for, if I could I do my job in my sleep; I would!

Ethan was so helpful and gave us options to chose from.
He was professional and polite at all times.
He remained in good contact with us, but always gave us opportunities to think through our choices.

good quick service value a lot lower than worth but thats what you get for quick sale.
very polite not pushy.

Great conversation and very helpful information from Claire hopefully she will be able to sell our property very soon.

Very helpful and good valuations provided

Good communication covered all options available to me on the sale of my flat. Ruban and his team were always polite and respectful on our conversations. I was considering the options they were offering however in that time I had offer on my flat so did not pursue further with property solvers. Thank to you Ruban

I have been searching for numerous buy to let properties. Reuben has been able to provide expert advice and support in my search, covering different areas of the country. I would highly recommend using this estate agent - the expertise was second to none.

I was contacted quite quickly by Stefanie, she took all the relevant details then rang me back later to make an offer on the house.
Unfortunately the offer didn't match my expectations so I didn't go ahead with the offer even when Stefanie pointed out all the positive reasons to do so.

The sale of my property went smoothly, and made what was a difficult choice so much easier. The process was explained fully, and at each stage communication was over what I expected. Should I be in the situation I found myself again - I would 100% use them again.

Sounds good but after a bad experience with another online agent I am going to use a local agent otherwise I might have given it a go.

I am given 2 stars as the lady on the phone was very nice but wow stay clear of quick buy schemes, I looked at quick buying as we are ready to move but have interest in the house, so we will just wait now. Our house is valued at £250k with 3 valuers and they come back and said at first they would offer £175k then they came back again and said the house is only worth £175k and offered £125k haha what a farce, you will get a mid terrace for that here but not a 3 bedroom detached cottage with a workshop and big garden. Wow I am stunned that folk actually use these schemes but if you are desperate... but moving on and now staying clear, lol made me chuckle though staying on market and will wait for right buyer.

Excellent customer service, knowledgeable and quick turnaround. Easy to use!

This rating is purely for the lady who answered my call to make a complaint. She was excellent. and polite, even though I was annoyed at having been woken up at midnight with a 'message to text' phone call from Property Solvers. I then got another call, and to ensure they couldn't call again, I unplugged my landline. I had rung Property Solvers some time ago to remove my number from their list, but obviously that had fallen on deaf ears.

I would highly recommend property solvers, excellent customer service.
Always available to speak to, very much trusted to get the job done.
A very well deserved 5 stars all round to the whole team at Property Solvers.

Property Solvers and Ruban especially are excellent and a pleasure to deal with.
They do what they say they will and are extremely quick at resolving any issues.
They are the real deal.

Spoke to Stefanie and explained my position .she gave me straight forward and honest advise on how they work. gave me several options that may be of interest and absolutely no pressure to sell or to make a decision. A follow up call to discuss my decision. Thankyou Stefanie for your professional service
