Hello Katherine Cartell. Thank you for your Services review. Sorry that the panel you ordered didn't fit the opening. I have checked our records and see that you have not contacted us about this issue. We actually only see that you have placed one order with us for one panel. Was the panel not the 10" x 18" size as you had specified?
The best thing to resolve this issue is to please contact us direct. We are happy to assist anyway we can and if this was an issue of us providing to you the wrong size we will certainly make it right to you at no additional charge to you.

Good quality product. There were not enough screws with the panel and the customer service was very prompt and accommodating at sending us more. The only thing was I thought the shipping was a little high. Other than that, I was very satisfied.

Damaged in transit
Unfortunately the 30" x 30" attic access door was dropped during shipping resulting in a bent corner and a misaligned frame. Martin with Pro Products was a pleasure to talk to and he is working on a solution. I am confident everything will be resolved perfectly.

I ordered a custom sized panel which arrived promptly and turned out great. Customer service was excellent also - I had all my questions answered also very promptly. Would order again from PPS in the future.

The sales representative was awesome
The sales representative was awesome. He could have told me to just go to the website and order the panel myself but didn't. The way he handled my call made me feel like I was his largest client or only customer when I was only ordering a 18 X 18 plastic panel. Simply outstanding!!!!

Based on my prior and most recent purchase of Flat Panel Cover-Up - Custom Sizes - white Plastic HIS, textured, noninsulated their products fit the requirement and made my repair job easier. I highly recommend Pro Products for any of their products.

Perfect product
Perfect product! I needed a new cover for a water shut-off valve. The size was very odd and I didn't want to patch, seal and repaint. The custom plastic cover worked perfectly. It look very clean and ordering was easy. I highly recommend their service for custom plastic wall covers.

Tried to get assistance through chat to check stock, their robot said someone would be with me shortly an hour later of waiting and still nothing.
Edit - They called me, they did not apologize or ask about my concern, first thing out of the guys mouth was "Really, a one star review?" No concern for what I was waiting to inquire about or anything.
