Although our reply is delayed, we still wanted to reach out because every concern deserves our attention. We have carefully searched our customer records but were unfortunately unable to find any account or order matching the name "FXGOD." We also requested additional information through Trustpilot, but we did not receive any details that would allow us to identify your case.

If you have genuinely had a negative experience with PropScholar, we sincerely want to make it right. Over the past 1.5 years of serving thousands of traders, we've learned that customer support is our highest priority, and no issue is ever ignored.

Although our response is delayed, we did try to contact you through Trustpilot and requested additional information so we could investigate your case further. Unfortunately, we never received a response.

After reading your review, we noticed that your own explanation confirms that you opened an additional position while your existing trade was in a loss. This is the averaging rule that your account was flagged for. Our system recorded this behavior multiple times during your evaluation, which is why the account was breached.

That said, we also want to make it clear that no decision at PropScholar is considered final. If you believe your evaluation was reviewed incorrectly, we are more than happy to investigate it again. Our team can manually recheck your trading history, and if we find that an error was made on our side, we will absolutely correct it.

Regarding the rules, the averaging rule, along with all other challenge rules and practical examples, has always been available on our Challenge Rules page, which is linked in the header navigation of our website:

What exactly do you think is fake?
Did we scam your money in any way?
Did you not receive what you paid for?
Did you try contacting our support team before writing this review?

It looks like you purchased without reading our rules or understanding the model — and even then, we refunded you. Please show us where we scammed your money. If there's any proof, we're ready to address it.

At PropScholar, clients only pay the actual prop firm challenge fee after passing the evaluation — never before. Our model is clear, fair, and transparent.

If there's a genuine issue, we’re here to help. But making false claims hurts everyone, including honest traders trying to evaluate us based on facts.
