I recently completed the Frec 3 course provided by Erica Mildenhall at Westbury, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From start to finish, the course was incredibly well-organized, engaging, and delivered with a level of professionalism that truly stood out.
Erica is an exceptional instructor with a deep knowledge of the subject matter and a genuine passion for teaching. She managed to make even the more complex aspects of the course approachable, ensuring that everyone in the class felt supported and confident in their learning. Her use of real-world examples and hands-on practical sessions made the content not only easier to understand but also highly applicable to real-life situations.
The facilities at Westbury were excellent, providing a comfortable and conducive learning environment. The course materials were comprehensive, and the pace of the training was well-balanced, catering to both beginners and those with some prior experience.
What I appreciated most was Erica’s ability to foster a positive and interactive atmosphere. She encouraged questions and discussions, creating a sense of camaraderie among the group. By the end of the course, I felt well-prepared and confident in my new skills, thanks to her clear instruction and patient guidance.
