Prosolar Avis 

Prosolar is the most efficient company I ever came across. Within minutes you get a reply to your emails and questions. Within two hours after asking for help for uploading the paperwork for the grant it was done by Susan or Paige themselves.
The process itself from our first enquiry to installing the pv system was smooth, easy to understand and fast. It only took 4 weeks from our first enquiry to the installation of the system.
The whole crowd including Susan and Paige in the office are extremely friendly, professional, patient and helpful. We enjoyed dealing with them.
We will highly recommend Prosolar.

ProSolar have been an excellent company to deal with from start to finish. I was referred to them from my brother who received a voucher as thanks. He too is delighted with his installation.
The initial consultation was thorough and hassle free, requiring minimal time input from me, which I was delighted with. From initial contact to installation took less than 6 weeks which meant I got the panels installed before the mid-year solstice. This will allow me to judge the darkest 6 months of the year initially before the good times roll in next Summer!
The installation of the 8no. panels took only a day(the wettest day of the year) and the result is neat, the panels are sleek without the annoying silver band across the middle that some companies use. There is no wires visible under the panels and no external trunking on the external walls to bring the wires into the house.
The internal wiring took a day and a half and I am thrilled with how it turned out. The electrician ran the wires to the fuseboard through the floor and a stud partition. This again meant that no trunking is visible inside the house apart from a short length at the wall/ceiling junction by the fuseboard. We chose to locate the inverter in our hot-press for accessibility, our neighbours installed their’s in the attic.
The BER assessment brought us from an A3 to an A1 rating which was a great result. Once I forwarded it to ProSolar they completed the paperwork and the grant of over €2,000 should be with me before Christmas according to SEAI.
We didn’t opt for a battery meaning the payback will be quicker and my own calculations show that within 5 years the panels will have paid for themselves. After that they will be conservatively saving us €1,000 in electricity cost for a further 15-20 years.

As an aside, the panels have been very well received by our three kids which is of tremendous value to us in the current climate conditions.

Thanks to all at ProSolar for the Solar PV installation. It's up and running now and delivering the electricity that I hoped it would. It was a pleasure dealing with all the team on site - the sales team, the roofing team, the electricians and the back office admin team - who were all very professional and helpful.

Prosolar were very professional from our first contact through the installation process and on to the SEAI grant application. The engineers and electricians were very courteous and knowledgeable and even though there was a lot of ducting and general installation works, they left my house impeccably clean. I would also like to make special mention for Susan and Paige who answered any and all queries I had. I did have one issue after installation whereby a software upgrade was required but this was handled and resolved very quickly. All in all, I am extremely pleased with my solar PV installation and would recommend Prosolar to anyone,

Very professional and friendly service from start to finish

Prosolar were extremely efficient from the first phone call to the final installation. The Engineers, Electricians and support staff were ALL very professional and courteous, and they got the job done on time; nothing was too much trouble, and Susan was at the end of the phone / online for all my queries, and yes, I had many, especially when it came to the application for the grant from SEAI. From the first contact with Kieran all went very smoothly and fast. At every stage of the process Paige and Susan were there to help. They made it very easy to apply for the SEAI PV grant and organised the on site work very efficiently.

Very good experience, Prosolar arrived when planned and all the teams -beginning with Susan in the office , The Engineer Flor, then on site to the Roofing and Electrical teams were excellent and finished the job in 2/3 days.
