So disappointing
So disappointing. I've had a mental health breakdown with suicidal thoughts and had to go declare bankruptcy. We found a way to pay them the last $650 and it bounced back. It was to the right account. Then, because we owe money to others, they took the money after it bounced back. We don't have another $650 to pay. Now they are sending lawyers our way. We had over a $30000 loan with them and we paid everything but this $650. Never go with these heartless people.

I recently obtained a business loan through Prospa and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Maddy was absolutely fantastic to deal with - quick, easy, professional and genuinely friendly from start to finish.
The communication was clear and consistent the whole way through, which made what can sometimes feel like a stressful process incredibly smooth. What really stood out was the complete lack of judgment - just support, understanding, and a real willingness to help.
Highly recommend Prospa, and especially Maddy, if you’re looking for a straightforward and positive lending experience.
