We went to prosper as first time buyers, not quite knowing what our part would involve in getting a mortgage, Paul and the team made it nearly effortless for us, they made themselves available any time we had a question or query, and the fact that from our application to our mortgage offer took only 2 days was amazing! Because of the fast, professional, and reasonably priced service we received from the team at prosper, I would deffinitely recommend them to anyone embarking on buying a property, thankyou again to the team at prosper home loans!

Saved my bacon!
After being messed around by an agents broker for 5 weeks I was in trouble. My sale and purchase was about to collapse. Step in paul from prosper. Not only did he get my mortgage in my hand 3.5 days after giving him my paperwork but saved me £1700 in fees and 3%.. To say I'm great full is an understatement
Phonecalls and emails every step of the way and couldn't be more helpful and friendly.
Prosper really came through for me.
I have seen the bad side of brokering. Please save yourself the stress and give prosper a call. They phoned me back in 45min with an offer in principle!
I can't praise them enough.. If only I'd gone there first!

Paul is absolutely fantastic, could not fault him in any way!! He has hugely helped me and my partner get our first mortgage and our very first home!! Wouldn’t go elsewhere, the service provided is excellent, and Prosper are with you every step of the way. It’s not just about business with Prosper, they genuinely care about their clients, and have their best interests at heart! And that’s what makes them the best place to go!! Highly recommended!!

I cannot recommend them enough
Prosper helped my girlfriend and I buy our first home when we moved to Hastings. We were expecting the process to be long and difficult but Paul was straight with us about what the options were and explained exactly what information we needed to provide.
I think it was two days after the first phone call we had an agreement in principle with NatWest. It was amazing. And they were always totally upfront about the costs.
We've now moved in to our flat. Throughout the entire process, from making the offer to completion, Prosper were there to answer questions and support us through the confusion and worry of buying a property for the first time. I cannot recommend them enough.

Fast, efficient but also friendly!
Excellent company - friendly and efficient team. Used them twice and each time they found mortgages to match our needs and circumstances quickly and with minimal stress. Highly recommended!
