We get it! Running your own business is tough. It’s not for the faint hearted and, at times it can be incredibly stressful and frustrating. But you are special because 99.99% of the working population can’t (and won’t) do what you have done. As a business owner you want to focus on the “day job”: it’s about growing the business, looking after your team and serving your customers properly. Hard enough as it is, but far too much of your time is focussed on other stuff. Finding a partner to work with that you can trust to take away some of the administrative burden is like finding a needle in a haystack but, by finding Prosura, you’ve managed to pull that off as well! You deserve a partner that just “gets it done”. A partner that’s there for you and talks your language. A partner that you can communicate with in the way you choose whether that’s via WhatsApp, phone or email. Yes, we are an insurance broker but were much more than that.

Delivery issues
The telephone operative sorted out the delivery (which had been supposedly almost delivered twice, on the second 'delivery' we were actually waiting for the package as had received notice we were next stop, no van arrived and we received an email saying a delivery had been attempted!!!) third time lucky it arrived and it turns out our usual delivery guy was not working the days it was not delivered...

Friendliness & Helpfulness
The friendliness and helpfulness of the agent was a major factor in my issuing of five stars. I didn't feel rushed into making the right decisions and everything was explained very clearly. I never once felt bombarded with figures and jargon which can sometimes happen with other insurance firms.

I can only describe Amanda as efficient, reliable, very knowledgeable and she explained the whole process. Amanda’s mannerism in itself deserves Five stars.

Exceptional Service
Spoke to Kaye who was very helpful and informative. Made purchasing insurance very easy. Received documents the same day. Can't recommend highly enough.
