We get it! Running your own business is tough. It’s not for the faint hearted and, at times it can be incredibly stressful and frustrating. But you are special because 99.99% of the working population can’t (and won’t) do what you have done. As a business owner you want to focus on the “day job”: it’s about growing the business, looking after your team and serving your customers properly. Hard enough as it is, but far too much of your time is focussed on other stuff. Finding a partner to work with that you can trust to take away some of the administrative burden is like finding a needle in a haystack but, by finding Prosura, you’ve managed to pull that off as well! You deserve a partner that just “gets it done”. A partner that’s there for you and talks your language. A partner that you can communicate with in the way you choose whether that’s via WhatsApp, phone or email. Yes, we are an insurance broker but were much more than that.

Superb service

Without doubt the best brokers out there!
I cant thank Jon and Callum enough, we were purchasing a BTL property on bridging finance, it turned out the property was in a medium risk flood area, going to be unoccupied and converted to a HMO!
I tried about 10 brokers (many claimed to be flood specialists) before contacting Jon. All the other brokers were unable to get me a quote, even after carrying out extensive research. A quick call with Jon and Callum explaining everything they quickly got to work and within a few hours the policy was with me, then approved by the bridging lender (who were very very specific), I honestly think I could have tried 10 more brokers and not got a policy, even the sourcing company were amazed and are keen to work with Prosura as their own broker could not help!
You now have a customer for life and a client who will recommend you at every opportunity for insurance needs, these guys saved me a lot of money and hassle by getting this policy!

Friendly and professional service
After speaking to Jon and giving him a brief explanation of what are business does, he took away all the information and came back with our bespoke insurance proposal. We were then talked through the entire process, cover, claims etc and decided to sign up feeling that we were being dealt with by a company that understood our needs now and would grow with us in the future.
