Protect A Bed Avis

DO NOT BUY THIS PROTECTOR . I bought a king size mattress protector on 14/3/19 which had up to 15 year warranty with proof of purchase. Serial number NC200-C-K150-12-35. It has been laundered as per instructions. It was put on a new Hypnos mattress purchased at the same time & I have receipts which I provided to the company as proof. Unfortunately my husband was ill and ran a fever for 3 days. When i stripped the bed I was dismayed to find huge stains where the backing on the protector had failed. The company has refused to allow a claim on the warranty. It really is very poor customer service . They have not replied directly to me nor have they offered to inspect the bed or pay for a deep clean. This product has failed spectacularly.

Good quality products, reasonably priced and delivered promptly! I'm a return customer so why would I go anywhere else!

Fabulous service from a great company. I have had 3 different mattress covers for various beds from them and all are excellent, great to wash, hard wearing and fit beautifully. They are also great value and delivery is super-quick.

Easy to navigate web site, product was just as described and delivery was prompt. No complaints whatsoever!

As well as selling amazing, premium quality products this company have professional and helpful Customer Service. On the occasion I had contact with their Customer Service team, replies to my enquiries were speedy and were handled with complete satisfaction.
I have purchased different sizes of their mattress protectors to prolong the life and appearance of my mattresses. I have the cotton ones and they have a soft feeling top and wash well. Very importantly, they don’t feel, or sound like a noisy waterproof protector. You wouldn’t know they were waterproof - they are soft and flexible and no rustling or plastic feel to them. They also have deep, fabric sides with elasticated edges that securely fit under the mattress to keep them in place.
I recently ordered a bamboo version but haven’t used or washed it yet but it looks the same good quality and the top might be even softer than the cotton ones. They are quite expensive compared to some others but you do get what you pay for and they’re not as expensive as having to replace a stained mattress!

I can rely on you delivering on time. I’ve bought from you before , it’s the only waterproof protector you can rely on and not feel the protector is there.

My item arrived a day or two earlier than expected. Great service!

I am delighted with my Protect A Bed waterproof encasement mattress protector. It protects my mattress on all sides and I feel relieved that it will stay clean and dry and last better. Protect A Bed have supplied a good product and their advice and attention has been greatly appreciated. I won't hesitate to use their services again. Thank you to them

Good quality mattress protector

Very good as we have one already on the new mattress. Sits well does not move worth the money

I love Protect A Bed products - it’s great knowing that you and your bed are protected. Ok they’re a little expensive but do the job so much more effectively than cheaper alternatives so great value in my opinion.

Second purchase of this mattress protector after 12 years of using the first!
Great product, comfortable nights sleep in all seasons. Excellent protection.

Easy to find what I needed, which was great being new to the allergy world. Speedy service and decent product. Protector now fitted to the bed. Only time will tell if it makes a difference.
