The delay was caused because we were not informed, as requested, that the payment link had been paid. Once we were informed, your order was dispatched immediately. If payment had been highlighted straight away, you would have received your order the next day.

Very quick delivery and when expected, items as described.
Generally I don't like leaving reviews on Trustpilot b/c whenever I leave an honest bad review for terrible service or constant spamming (not applicable here!), they always delete them.
I would rather genuinely good companies like yours, used a different review platform.

This is the first time that we have heard that you have not had your delivery and have acted immediately to resolve this. This should be with you tomorrow.
It is disappointing that you did not call us in the first instance, as had you done so like other customers with issues, our customer service team would have sorted this out immediately.
In periods where we are very busy, customers are also able to leave a message, and we will come back to you in a short period of time or if emailing, please provide order details/ details so that we can identify you.
We pride ourselves on great customer service when given the opportunity. This is why we have so many 5-star reviews
