Important to prewarn potential shoppers. I ordered a pair of jeans in the wrong size and could not get customer service to respond to an exchange, so I ordered another pair. The latter fits, but I now have a pair of jeans in the wrong size and no response from customer service on how to return the original item. Please be aware that this company provides no returns policy for items that you want to return. The address and contact details are deliberately opaque. I have emailed and IG'ed 3 times in the past week.

Quality is good however the size chart is small I’d advise ordering a size up and the zips on my joggers pockets just come off all the time and take at least an hour to get back on so completely ruins the point

To the guy that said ordered a reverso puffer a month ago I am going through the exact same thing I ordered one and seen no signs of it being shipped I’ve contacted them multiple times through email and ig but they’ve went ghost on me

I am writing on here to try and contact with Protect LDN. I have tried to email anyone I can based with this website but know is responding. It’s been around a month and I still haven’t had any sign of my item. I ordered a reverso puffer. My order number was 7501

I ordered sweatpants and a tshirt from Italy on April 23 and received it today 15 May, I also had to pay 40€ of customs fee but the clothes are really good quality so I give 4 stars to the products and 1 to the shipping.

i bought a pair of their grey brudda sweats on the 22nd November, this company is great. they’re website is so well organised and simple to direct through. every little detail is amazing, customer support replied quickly, the actual joggers are so well made.

I had a very frustrating experience with Protect London when trying to return an item. Their website does not display any clear return policy, which makes it confusing and leaves you in the dark about the process. All communication is handled through email, but customer support was unhelpful and took ages to respond, making the situation worse. When they finally did reply and I managed to send the item back via recorded delivery, they only offered a gift voucher on Shopify instead of a refund, which was not what I expected. Overall, very disappointing for what looked like a trendy and promising brand. I would not recommend shopping here unless you’re 100% sure about keeping your purchase!
