Protein Factory Avis 

I've been a subscriber for a year so far. And have used PF on and off since 2010.

However I have to disconnect the subscription due to the severe delay in shipping. I have 10lbs that have been "processing for over 25 business days".

What this means is that I've been out if protein for 1/2 a month and had to purchase Walmart alternatives while I wait. Which also means.... the few bucks I had saved over the past year was nullified.

As far as Costumer Service, its mostly good. I have good responses from previous disputes. But other times... radio silence now its one of those times.

2x 5lb Wisconsin Protein have not shipped, but the charges were made on schulde on 14 Feb 2023.

Easy ordering

It is real protein instead of all the fillers in other products! Taste healthy good. Instead of sickly sweet like most! Native white protein, and oat power combination!!!!! One tsp chocolate syrup!💯

***Update*** worked with Alek and seem to be back on track. (Original) I keep getting charged for my monthly subscription, billed twice last month, and now for March and have not received my product. Please explain.

Always 5 stars. They get your order fast and they reply to a text message as well. Great company, great product. Always my go to.

Honest products from a reliable source 😃

Ordered 3 products so far, the peptopro, oat muscle, and their muscle shake. Everything is great, and digests very well (no cramps nor bloat). Recovery has also been immensely helpful ever since trying these guys out. Flavor is not the best due to the few ingredients used and lack of artificial sweeteners. But overall happy to have the experience with this company, and will definitely be a returning customer. They are expensive but you’re absolutely getting what you pay for if not more.

Review update:

Love the creapure. Only complaint is the scoop that it comes with is not 5 grams, but the label on the back says 1 scoop is 5g. Please upgrade to the proper scoop or change the label so it’s not misleading. Realized I was taking like 3g a day when it’s been more than 100 servings and I still had leftovers. Thanks!

We have been enjoying Protein Factory's ten pound bags of whey protein for going on two decades as part of our nearly daily more breakfasts. Great on quantities of protein, fiber, flavor, and quality.
