I pre-ordered the Covert Jacket on April 9th, restock date is April 17th. It's now April 29th and I haven't received any response to my emails. I also wrote to them on Instagram, they asked for my email and order number. After that - silence. My messages and emails are ignored everywhere. This is just ridiculous. I don't recommend buying anything from them unless you want to waste your time and money.

The most impressive thing about this brand it's actually the price versus the quality the price is absolutely affordable and the quality it's top notch I also love the packaging the little details definitely would buy again soon

loved the top i ordered but it tore really badly after only a couple of wears. not sure what happened exactly, probably got snagged :(

Love all the pieces and especially the bjeans01. Had them since like 3 years and I'm still in love with the way they look and fit. Unfortunately, a pin on the back pocket broke of while sliding down a kids' slide in IKEA. After a quick email I was granted a new pin free of charge. Great products and customer care!

I first discovered Protémoa through Instagram. Seeing the way they showcased their products got me really intrigued and I researched more about the brand. The piece that caught my attention was the Triple Zip Cardigan. I made my purchase and couldn't believe how excellent the packaging and presentation was. The Cardigan came with a dustbag to store the product. For sizing, I got size Medium and I am 5'8 and 145lbs. Wearing it to go out got me compliments left and right. Overall, their desgin language is one of my favorite when it comes to fashion.

Fast shipping, great quality of clothes and such nice fits! I’m tall and few pants that promise ”baggy fit” are baggy on me, but these are actually as they promise! 10/10

High quality products. The delivery time was as described and the garments are unique. They do lean toward more relaxed fit and oversized, I am a 170cm tall man wearing S, and the sleeves are a tad long on me. But overall a very good experience.

i ordered a pair of pants from protemoa and i’m absolutely satisfied with the purchase. the material is high quality, the fit and cut look great, and the delivery was fast. definitely recommend. 👍

I got two pairs of pants and a cardigan from Protemoa. Initially the pants I ordered were too large, and I wanted to exchange them. Though, I had to pay to have the product shipped back for the return. Not great. I was able to get an exchange but they sent me the wrong size. I asked them to please remedy and they ended up just sending me the right size and letting me keep the pair incorrectly sent.

Soon after, a lot of buttons fell off the cardiga after about 3 wears. I love the cardigan a lot and the buttons are fairly specific so I was hoping to get their buttons to replace the lost ones. I reached out asking if there was a way to purchase extra buttons and I’ve followed up multiple times with no responses.

The clothes look and feel great but it’s unfortunate that the sweater was so low quality and now is unwearable, and that the customer service isn’t great.

Ordered a cardigan and blazer. the blazer lapels were uneven and the cardigan zipper immediately broke. I emailed customer service for a refund - it has been 2 weeks since the start of the email chain and nothing has been done yet, it takes several days and several follow-up emails just to get a response out of them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

I love that they use ShopPay, especially because I bought pants for my partner during Christmas season. They are currently his favorite pair of pants and wears them weekly. I’ve become interested in their clothing as well and will consider buying from this brand.
