I bought 1 vault thing on February 21 and it’s been a whole month now and haven’t received anything. I been emailing them and no response. I checked the shop app to see if there is any update on my order and it just says label was made. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW!!!

DO A CHARGE BACK RIGHT NOW and Get your money back! I ordered two vaults. Their advertisement nor did their website say anything about Japanese or Korean packs. In fact, they made it sound like you’d get some sort of seal ETB which was NOT the case. I received Korean packs.

It’s a complete SCAM.

If you go to their website now, it says “oops website cannot be found.” Also, they have multiple social channels. Onyx vaults, mystic vaults, and provenance vaults is what I found so far.

Complete Scam. Received 4 Korean Pokemon Packs worth $10 total. You will not receive an ETB or any other sealed product Provenance Games TCG advertises with their “Onyx Vault”. Fake buyers comment on their Instagram posts saying they received various sought after ETB’s. Don’t buy it. STAY AWAY!

I ordered 2 vaults from them. They advertise it as getting random etbs from their collection but when I received mine in the mail it was just 1 graded slab and 9 garbage korean packs. I only bought from them because they had a half off sale so the normal price went from 80$ to 40$. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER! They change their name all the time. Ive heard it used to be provenance tcg, then when I bought from them it was provenance vault, and now they are advertising themselves as toptablegames. Scummy misinformative scammers!

COMPLETE SCAM! I ordered 2 vaults from them expecting sealed product of some sort. Didnt hear any update on my order for 3 weeks so I emailed them and then they finally gave me an update, only to say they had just then created the LABEL for my order. Took them another 3 days to ship it out after that then once it got deliver I only got delivered the "free gift" part of my order. Two crappie japanese CGC 9 slabs and two 5 pack japanese packs. Complete scammed. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

This company is FAKE. DO NOT BUY. I paid and they failed to meet their ship date (1-2 days). They sent out an email saying everything from their "distributor" was delayed. This guy doesnt have a distributor, he orders junk cards off fanatics. He left the sticker on the back! The card I got wasnt even one of the guaranteed products, it was a junk promo card that someone got rated. The grading cost 3x more than the card was worth. It came with a "free" pack that was just a japanese pack that was already opened (one card missing). As soon as they make a lot of sales, they strip their website. Its completely empty and their social media is off as of 2/23, but allegedly theyre about to have another drop. Dispute your charge and never buy from this guy!

Got a junk Japanese slab and a 5 card Japanese pack with not even a holo in it.

I ordered 4 vaults, expecting sealed product. It arrived today after quite a long time and was a few slabs of nothing of significance or grade, and not even sealed packs. Just some rare exs thrown into some sleeves. Embarrassing really.

Scam. Bought 4 vault options. Came with 4 slabs worth $50 total and 4 packs of Japanese boosters which last sold for $3.50. The product description is misleading as well. Stated I would get at least a “SIR” graded slab. All the ones I received were “AR”. Filed chargeback and reported to Shopify.

Only ever got my "free gift" slab, nothing else ever came my way. Total waste of money.

It was horrible, placed an order for two packages based at $45 each and got given a free slab/pack. What I got were two low tier slabs and two Japanese packs. Very misleading and horrible

Seller is a scammer, blocked me for asking when my order would be shipped and is refusing to acknowledge that i brought from him for some reason?? Avoid.

Got a slab and a resealed japanese booster pack with no rares just Commons and uncommon. The booster felt weird on the top and fully sealed without the usual rip part in every japanese and korean boosters.

I ordered 2 of the discounted vaults seeing as reading through the product tier list it seemed I was getting a booster box or ETB. However, I simply got 2 graded cards and 2 Japanese single packs. This was not at all worth the money even at the discount price. I would not recommend and it is a waste of money.

It is a scam. provenancetcg or provenance tcg is fraudulent. It says thousands of customers but if you go to a part of the site it shows reviews that say insert review here under a persons name and 5 star review. The product description also doesn’t match up. Do not buy from this kid, it is a kid selling misinformation. all the product unboxing is just him unboxing something.
