Callback Timing: You initially booked a call for the following Wednesday, unfortunately this is why our team didn’t reach out to you immediately. However, recognising the urgency of your request, we made arrangements to facilitate an earlier conversation. We always strive to accommodate our clients within our schedule as efficiently as possible.
Pricing Structure: The recommendation for our Growth Advisor package at £149/m inc VAT was based on a detailed analysis of your portfolio. We recognise that every client’s requirements are unique. In your case, due to the size and complexity, particularly with the inclusion of commercial properties, this package was deemed the most appropriate to ensure you receive comprehensive and expert advice tailored to your needs.
Pricing Flexibility: While we would love to provide discounts or incentives to all our clients, our pricing is a reflection of the value and expertise we offer. We do have referral incentives in place to show our appreciation for those who bring in new clients. However, it’s important to note that our pricing model is already optimised to provide the best value for the quality of service rendered. As such, we cannot match the prices you’ve been quoted elsewhere while still maintaining our high standard of service.
