Pro Wrestling Tees Avis 19

I have three shirts from PWTs. 1st one is absolutely fine, no complaints. The second shirt is a bit faded after a few washes, print still good tho. The third one had a hole in it after the 4th wash or so. It seems the quality and quality control is all over the place. Which is not good for shirts as pricey as these are. Thankfully all were discounted at the time of purchase.

All in all, if you get a good one, cool. If not, well.. I wouldn't recommend online shopping with the store, simply because you don't know what you'll get. Even if they have cool designs - which is not a + for the store, but to the designers - and we wrestling nerds do love our wrestling shirts. I'd give em 2,5/5. Rounded up to 3/5. And shop somewhere else, unless you get a good discount like half off and free shipping.

Terrible customer service, I got damaged items and returned to the store. It’s been 5 days since it was returned and still no refund, they just kept asking questions I already answered then stopped responding.

Horrendous, I ordered 10 sets of 8 x 10 autographs and received the same exact ones. Many had bent corners and they don's allow refunds. They will never get my business again.

First shirt didn't fit me and they recompensated me for it and sent me a new one along with a 2nd free shirt delivery takes a long time especially if your in the US but the quality of the shirts are pretty good I'd highly recommend.

I've made two separate purchases.

Both orders have an issue. On the initial wash, before wear, spots (white/gray) appeared on black tee shirts.

On the first order I thought I was the issue. Then, I made a second order some time later.

The same issue on a different pair of shirts.

At this point, I would not recommend purchasing from this company. For poor quality of material.

The quality of the shirts are fine. Print on demand is supposed to ensure they never run out of stock but it still happens. Then it takes nearly a month from the time you place the order until it’s in your mailbox.

DVD and Blu Rays are already made and still take two weeks from order to mailbox. It takes them one week to even ship it. I get Blu Rays from the UK faster. When one of those is out of stock it just disappears. If you ask them if it’s going to be restocked your answer is “we can’t comment on items not in stock”

It’s a terrible service.

Took almost a month to get an order and still waiting. See you in the new year order....how do you do business like this. Never again will I order from this bootleg place

Quick response when I notified them that my shirt graphic was off centre and immediately re-issued a new shirt without making me send the misprint back. Great customer service!

If the price of items, cost of shipping and that useless handling charge don’t turn you off then their slow and lackadaisical mailing process will. To top it all off when you order from them and ask questions they get mad and make passive aggressive memes on their Twitter account. Don’t buy from here unless you want to pay out the nose for an item and don’t preorder an item unless you truly don’t care if you ever receive it.

Pretty awful customer service. I ordered a few T-shirts on the 18th of August which totalled to around £100 give or take. I waited 2 weeks to give them plenty of time to give me a shipping update and giving a few days in case of delays etc. Yesterday afternoon, I send them a very kind email just asking if there were any updates on my order. This evening, I received a response that said “Hello, it appears that this order has been canceled”. And yes, they misspelt cancelled. In that email, they didn't tell me why my order had been cancelled or if I would be getting a refund. The sentence I typed above is the only information I have. So disappointed.

I needed to get a specific wrestling t-shirt for a gift and Pro Wrestling Tees was the only store who had the best looking design. A few days after I ordered, I started to get cold feet about continuing as the reviews on TrustPilot weren’t great and opinions on Reddit had been mixed, plus I live in the UK and don’t order internationally very often, so I was nervous about the item arriving in time. However, everything turned out great! The shirt arrived sooner than expected, there weren’t any custom fees to pay and it looks to be a good quality shirt. I got XL and it’s a little bigger than I imagined but I think the recipient would favour that :)

I haven't received the last two All Elite Crates ordered, and have received no response to the last three attempts to get in touch with customer service.

I Placed an order with prowrestlingtees.com on May 3rd it is now May 19th and I never even received my shirt. Come to find out today they said it's lost.. WELL I never got refunded or anything no money has went back into my account from these crooks. Also the Customer Service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. If your looking to buy from these people MY advice for you is I would DEFINITELY STAY AWAY from this Company unless you want a nightmare to deal with!!. If I could leave NEGATIVE -0 Stars I would that is how "BAD" this Company is!!. I now have lost so much of my time dealing with this now since May 3rd and NOTHING ever got resolved!!. The Same lady always is the one that answers their phone lines and she just spews lie after lie to buy them selves more time and contradicts herself constantly!!.

My shipment, which was made back in January (4 times annual All Elite Crate) was sent back to the US from Germany due to an error. When I asked if I would receive a replacement, I was initially answered and a replacement delivery was ordered. However, according to the shipment number, nothing has happened with this shipment since February 25. I have not yet received an answer to any further inquiries.
Customer service, especially in terms of friendliness and commitment are really not good.
There is one star only because of the good products.
But that's it.

I love their products but their customer service is offensively poor. One time they tried to not replace a shirt they sent with a hole in it. Last year they didn't even inform me when my credit card details were part of a security breach, I had fraudulent charges and found out months later from Twitter that it was through these guys. They never even responded when I contacted them about it.

These guys are awesome. I know it's a small operation with TONS of demand and they somehow keep up with it all!! They might ship a little slower than, oh, I dunno, Amazon? But even in their busiest times they have shipped faster than I expected when they say there will be delays, and faster than some larger clothing companies, too! Thanks so much!!

I am a monthly subscriber to their "Pro Wrestling Crate" service and have been since February 2021. When monthly crates are shipped, they always send a tracking number and shipping notification. I never received either for the May 2021 crate, nor did I receive the crate itself. I emailed back and forth several times with Michael, and was given the run-around each time. I was initially asked to wait ten days to see if it came, and it did not. Then I was told I was going to be sent a replacement and given a tracking number, which ended up being the June 2021 crate and not a replacement for the item was charged for and never sent. This was intentionally misleading and falsifying on the part of PWC/One Hour Tees. I emailed again and did not receive a response. I then emailed everyone at One Hour Tees and their subsidiaries, and immediately received a response from Michael stating they would send a replacement, along with a FedEx tracking number. It has now been two weeks and I have not received anything, and they are no longer responding to emails. This has been hands down the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. As a small business owner in the same area as they serve (wrestling), it is an embarrassment to the community as a whole, and something those who do business with them should - and will - be made aware of.

Great website. Amazing selection. Very transparent about shipping times etc. Bought many times.
