@ProxyLTE thanks for the response on Trustpilot. I’m not a rude customer but I think as your customer I should be more satisfied with what am paying for. Your RESPONSE did not answer my QUESTIONS.
1. Yes you have plenty socks and me choosing 1by1 is because that’s what I prefer to buy with my money from your site. I’m complaining about 1by1 not other socks working way longer.
2. Yes they work at the purchase time but goes off exactly one hour when you are unable to seek a refund anymore. Sometime exactly 1hr 5mins WHY? The socks breaks off and you can hardly use it well after one hr compared to other providers. why?
3. The real Telegram you said with 533 or so subscribers have been last online july from my device and my message don’t deliver PLEASE WHY?
4. YOU are online on ProxyLTE or ProxyLTE_Support or ProxyLTE_Official? I’m frustrated about the poor service am getting despite using your service for months introducing your proxy to most of my friends. Think about that for 2 seconds & assist that’s a win win.
I AM NOT SATISFIED.

Your are free to buy anything you want with your money.Be it on our site or any other.
Our policy is to have free 1-hour refund for 1by1 plans.
It is not our choice to stop them after 1h, 5h, 10h etc.But those are external factors beyond our control.
As for the 1h period - it is management decision and it will not change. It's also written on the website.
You cannot send messages to a telegram channel. Only original owner can make announcements.
Our ONLY official support telegram is @ProxyLTE (https://t.me/ProxyLTE) - if you see it as offline, then please write from another telegram ID.
Making false claims will not get our sympathy.

Best Proxy Seller I've Ever Encountered.
This is legit the best socks vendor I have ever come across. Their token login is fantastic, the dashboard is smooth, seamless, easy to pick from and place your order. The selection of proxies is outstanding, they have had literally everything I have wanted so far. I have not had any issues with any downs, speeds are solid, not had a single issue. Just spoke with support as well about the 1by1s to get a bit more information on them as well - they were a blast.
This is 100% my proxy provider from now on!!
