Won a gift voucher on virgin priority Blue Monday promotion which would upload. Contacted PRSNT advising issue. They replied within 24hrs it was a glitch their end which had all rectified and voucher in app wallet. Great customer service from the company

Have previously used this app once before and found it easy to use. I had a problem this time with an 02 priority M&S prize but Dan was really helpful and I appreciated how he dealt with the problem and would have no hesitation if I ever had to contact customer service in the future. Thanks too for the lovely goodwill gesture, it made my day!

Dan resolved my issue with a code in such a lovely, kind, patient manner. Customer service from Prsnt LTD is outstanding :-)

Thank you Dan! I won an M&S treat via 02 and the code would not work as it was supposed to. I see I am not the only one that had this problem having just read other reviews. Dan from PRSNT was a star & determined to get it working for me. He did. I have yet to try the app but like the concept. I wish it success!

Dan helped me when my voucher expired unexpectedly before I had chance to use it.
He was helpful and had a kind manner in his messaging.

Having won a voucher on O2, it was frustrating to find that the link wasn't working on PRSNT. However after contacting PRSNT via their App chat, the issue was successfully resolved by Dan on their helpdesk. Many thanks for sorting this out so quickly.

Had some trouble with a code won through O2 Priority, and received a swift reply from Dan from the customer service team. Everything was resolved within the hour, very pleased with it!

I contacted PRSNT following an issue with a code (from O2) for a free gift. I received a friendly and apologetic reply within a few minutes. They resolved the issue straightaway and my code was available to be redeemed.

My 5 stars are based on the customer service I received from Dan after I had issues with my O2 M&S voucher. I couldn't redeem it but Dan was patient and help me to get it sorted.

Although my £4 M&S Voucher was for an item not for any choice of what i wanted which is annoying - Customer service was AI until you complained a lot and got to actually speak to someone

Sent a present to a friend who had a polish number though she now lives in the uk . It did not work even though trying on her English number. I contacted the chat bot to ask to get help from a human . I was contacted & explained the situation. They then offered to resend or have a refund . They sent a refund no problem. Great idea but not always easy to retrieve the gifts but it does work !! 🙂
