Ordered a turntable and it shipped the same day. I was also able to finance it. Good service and quick shipping.

You order a product and might see it in 2 weeks. Also, if you call to order it doesn’t go on your account so you can’t look it up with you login and see previous orders. They are very slow and unreliable

Poor papertrail, forgotten items, bad product, and double charged.

1. Called to ask if they had speakers i was interested in, they said yes and to come in, when they actually didn't.

2. was sold an alternative solution, when i got home, there was no powersource for the mixer and the speakers were blown.

3.Brought it all back to return it and was accidentally charged again rather than refunded. thankfully their accountants caught the problem and they called me back the next day to tell me

Overall very disappointed in the experience. when i asked for an invoice showing the live return, they said the cc slip was enough. my bad for not seeing it said sale rather than return. When they called i had to ask them to email receipts of the refunds vs them telling me they would be providing it.

I placed an order in November of 2021. I have placed several calls to find out about 1 specific item. Last month I was informed that my item would be delivered in mid May. After that I called and now a representative says all orders got moved to a new system. And they have no records of this purchase. I at least have bank records, plus emails from them and the Shop app. I was asked to pay for something I paid for already. Theft is not a value. If this is going to show how this buy is ran, do not shop here. And if your records are missing the what happens if the IRS wants an audit. This is a terrible experience and my next review is going to the BBB.
