When my unit first broke down
When my unit first broke down, I thought oh no, now.What? So I called the number listed for contacts.
And talked with a representative who made saying smooth sailing from information on my unit to delivery. The service was fast friendly and knowledgeable. And made life a whole lot easier. My product arrived within a couple days and I was back to heating.
2 of our rental properties with the 2 units we purchased will definitely be shopping here again if the need arises.

I was supposed to receive a $50.00 off…
I was supposed to receive a $50.00 off shipping. Contact the company representative said the code had expired, I showed just that day the company was sending the same $50.00 off. I requested it and was informed I could not get a discount but could if I placed another order. The unit was not ship quickly as said would when purchased. And the shipping company told me it will not be delivered for 10 days and I was charged to much for shipping due to it was regular shipping and not over weight. I will not use this company again. PTAC 4 less make the prices look low but after shipping the price is same as other companies are changing plus other companies shipping is a lot faster. I sent one last email 2 days ago before I sent this review and no one reached back out to me.

Regarding shipping, we work with our carriers to provide the best service possible, but delivery times and fees are determined by the shipping company. Customer service and sales department are excellent! John is so helpful in helping me fit my rooms with the right unit(s). Mark was fabulous
Mark was fabulous! We knew very little about the Ptac installed in our sunroom. We were surprised to find out that bigger didn't mean better for the size of the room. Ours wore out before it needed to. I learned a lot talking with Mark and I ordered right away. Got the notice yesterday that it shipped--SO much easier than the local yahoos who strung us along for two months. THANK YOU!!

Very good experience
Ordering was easy. Delivery was a one day hiccup but it all worked out. The unit was easy to install and works beautifully. Will definitely buy from PTAC again, if needed!
