Meine Erfahrung mit Pubfuture war etwas enttäuschend. Am Anfang haben sie ziemlich gute Einnahmen versprochen, aber in der Realität wurden diese Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Der Traffic und die Statistiken wirken manchmal ziemlich „zufällig“ und schwer vorhersehbar. Ich habe auch von anderen Nutzern gehört, dass der Traffic instabil sein kann und nicht besonders vertrauenswürdig wirkt.

Der Support antwortet zwar, aber manchmal ziemlich langsam, sodass man oft eine Weile warten muss, bis Probleme gelöst werden.

At first

At first, it took about five days for my site to be approved, which made me a bit impatient. But once everything went live, the performance kept getting better every week. The CPM started low but rose steadily as more advertisers were approved. Now, I’m earning almost 40% more than I did with AdSense. The ads are safe and fast, and payments always come earlier than expected.

My experience with PubFuture advertising agency

I recently read some reviews on Trustpilot about Pubfuture advertising agency, and I don't understand why most of them are negative. I can see how some people may have had bad experiences, but based on my own experience, I have no choice but to recommend it.

First of all, I was able to buy a car thanks to the first two payments from Pubfuture, which were substantial enough to influence my decision.

To be honest, I’m not sure how to write a proper review, but I believe it's about sharing both the good and the bad, so here we go.

While the revenue increase wasn't massive, it was noticeable—about 20% to 30% higher compared to other companies I’ve worked with. In fact, I was working with two other advertising companies before, but I stopped using them after partnering with Pubfuture.

Their support is excellent. No matter when I contact them, I always receive a response the same day or the next, depending on their working hours. The person I communicate with is kind, respectful, and very responsive. She frequently reminds me about updates to ads.txt and often provides new strategies and ad formats that work best for my website.

Regarding payments, I can’t speak for other methods like PayPal or Payoneer because I haven't tried them, but wire transfers have been reliable and on time after reaching a minimum threshold of $1,000. Occasionally, there are delays, but they are usually due to the intermediary payment company or my bank, not Pubfuture. Even then, the delay is never more than a week.

I think there is one bad thing about PubFuture; The ads use some outdated JavaScript and don’t fully adhere to SEO best practices, which impacts performance metrics on PageSpeed Insights. However, I believe this is something they can improve.

I just tried it, I entered their code just to try their video ad which, according to them, was supposed to be more profitable than the one I had.
The ad didn't bring in anything because, unlike the other video ads, it didn't appear in the right-hand corner; instead, there was just an ad that appeared in a window.
And they put ads that I hadn't authorized, angering my readers because the articles were no longer readable.
So avoid them!

SCAM and Wasting time

I had a bad experience with Pubfuture and want to warn others about it.

First, it looks like the platform is a scam. They promised a lot of money and steady traffic, but none of that happened. I followed their instructions and provided everything they asked for, but I saw no results.

The manager was also unhelpful. When I contacted them for support, I didn’t get clear answers. It felt like they didn’t care about fixing the problem and just made excuses.

Another issue was the traffic. It was very unstable and all over the place. Instead of consistent traffic, I got random and unreliable numbers, making it impossible to trust the platform.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Pubfuture. It's a scam, and the manager is not helpful. There are better platforms out there.

I am extremely disappointed with your response time and the overall handling of my account. After five months, I finally received a reply, which is not acceptable. You are not a massive company like Google, so I don’t understand why your support is so unresponsive.

You closed my second site due to what you claim was "invalid traffic," yet your account manager failed to respond to my repeated emails and Skype messages. When they finally replied, they gave excuses like “Skype was not working,” which is unacceptable for a professional setup.

Moreover, you stated that due to invalid traffic, payments were refunded to advertisers. However, this is misleading — those funds are returned to your company account, not directly to the advertisers. This is not transparent and feels dishonest.

There are also serious issues with your dashboard. It only updates after I speak to a manager — otherwise, it remains unchanged for 2–3 days. If your system is truly automated and fair, why does it only update after manual intervention?

You claim an 80/20 profit split, but in reality, if I earn $100, your share appears to be $50 — which means you're taking 50%, not 20%. This again seems misleading.

This feedback is accurate and reflects my real experience. If you do not want to see more negative reviews, I suggest you fix these issues and improve communication and transparency first.

It was sad to hear the bad experience. However, your websites polout.online and boalo.online had invalid traffic. You started running our ads on 19/11/2024. We found them as invalid traffic on 21/11/2024. All the revenue from your sites was deducted for these 3 days. You tried to make money with the fraud traffic but it was not successful.

Your review has negatively impacted our brand's reputation although the issue was from you. You should provide reliable traffic before trusting any ad company.
