Really great up front service and materials. After you pay the invoice, they disappear. Weeks long waits to get data, support, or completely ignored altogether.
The actual marketing results are so abysmal. 10X worse returns than PPC.
Beware, while onboarding, when they shared only metrics that sound good. Number of subscribers & open rate are impressive. Results fall so, so far short it reeks of a fake service altogether.

STAY AWAY!!! Advertising Is A SCAM!!!
Don't advertise with Public Square! This is a scam, they take your money but forget to advertise your product. They say your small business will get you exposure, but it doesn't. All they could tell me is that my company had less than 1500 impressions in 2 months of advertising ($900). That is $15 of advertising on Meta, Google, or Pinterest.
They won't provide detailed analytics, what they do provide after 6 weeks is minimal details. PS says they have over 2 million customers... probably another exaggeration.
If there was a class action lawsuit I would join! This is a straight up dishonest scam, taking advantage of small businesses. You've been warned!

So upset with this company.
So upset with this company.
We spent money on ads and to be featured on their app and got nothing out of it. We were led to believe we were doing everything right but after a few months of paying realized we weren’t showing up in search. When I asked for our money back, they said no and just featured us 2 weeks free instead. We spent about $2000 of our own capital with them and got maybe 1 or 2 sales. Their app was also very underdeveloped when taking everyone’s money.
They act like they want to help us small businesses, but they’re just like the rest of the greedy corporate companies.

So many things wrong with this company
So many things wrong with this company. I tried so hard to work with these people. From the software to updates to even just getting advertising information. Always a hoop to jump through that you have to prove yourself of some value. Very prejudice company in so many ways.

Really great service to use
Really great service to use! I love the companies that are shown on PublicSq. They support sooo many small businesses, it's amazing! The map feature of businesses that are close to my area is neat. I can't wait to see what PublicSq does next to grow and evolve even better. Oh, and the people who work here are so wonderful and caring!
